Smith has filed a superseding indictment from a new Grand jury in the Federal Jan 6th case. 36 pages old v new 24 pages.
The Grand jury had not heard any evidence in the case prior.
An FBI agent read the transcripts.. there were no witnesses. He has taken out allegations as directed by SCOTUS.
Legal experts are reading it all now.. more to come
