Nope. And even if it was my candidate - I would think they are extreme and intense and I'm not sure I'd want to invite that into my life in retirement.

My parents neighbor "celebrates" EVERY holiday with lawn/house decor. I'm talking Valentine's Day, Flag Day, Arbor Day, St Patrick's Day. He also adds to and does not take anything away. They have no HOA. The city has been able to limit him a bit. But it always builds back up after a big clean up.
He's a lonely, old, man in a big house and this is a symptom of that. It is a small cul-de-sac and about half of them are the same neighbors that lived there when I was a kid. This has been an issue for about 7 yrs or more.
