Thank you Judge Chutkan The federal judge overseeing Donald Trump’s election interference case denied the former president’s request to stop the release of further evidence before the election — but paused the ruling to allow the former president a week to “evaluate litigation options.”The decision Thursday afternoon by U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan finds that making public Special Counsel Jack Smith’s latest redacted filing is “appropriate,” and that Trump’s “blanket objections to further unsealing are without merit.” www.rawstory.com/donald-trump-2669376313/

A bit about the '60 minute' interview.. You bet, TFG has proof that CBS plays dirty. Bet his proof is just as good as the 60+ court cases he lost when he claimed he won 2020... Former President Donald Trump refused to appear in an interview with CBS News program "60 Minutes" this week after they offered both presidential teams an opportunity for an interview. And he now alleges a conspiracy is afoot. *** He went on to talk about a "Kamala Scandal," though he didn't explain what the scandal was other than claiming there was one. "We have the PROOF that 60 Minutes, and CBS, play DIRTY. Real Creeps!" Trump said with his occasional all-caps words. Trump previously said that the interview with Harris was "illegal." www.rawstory.com/trump-60-minutes-conspiracy-theory/

Why TFG is wasting time in blue states... He craves and needs his huge crowds, cheering just for him.. “One explanation that's been offered is that Trump just wants to have rallies in highly populated areas because he gets bigger crowds, simply because of the population density, and he just loves those bigger crowds,” Patron wrote, noting that he “can’t stop bragging about” the crowd size of a summer rally he held in New Jersey. *** Another explanation offered by Patron’s analysis is that Trump's choice to rally supporters in “high-impact settings” ultimately spreads his message further because the media has no choice but to cover the issues he is discussing.“Sometimes you get the feeling that Trump is just in a YOLO frame of mind and nobody can stop him,” according to the analysis. It continues: “After all, Trump may just see himself in a win-win situation. If he manages to eke out an electoral victory, it will naturally be the greatest victory the world has ever seen. And if he loses, it will also be the greatest victory the world has ever seen, except it will have been stolen by the Democrats. Everyone in America knows that he believes these are the only two possibilities.” Patron concludes by previewing that Trump’s ultimate campaign strategy may hinge on what he decides is a free and fair election, adding that he has already outright said “it can only be free and fair if he wins.” www.rawstory.com/donald-trump-2669381984/

In case you don't want to hear his voice... Stephen Miller .. opening act for TFG in Aurora... Text below tweet.. x.com/atrupar/status/1844818070012895708But before he took the stage, the crowd was fired up by Stephen Miller, the far-right adviser behind several of Trump's most draconian anti-immigrant policies, who pointed to pictures of purported Hispanic gang members and proclaimed: "Look at all these photos around me. Are these the kids you grew up with? Are these the neighbors you were raised with? Are these the neighbors that you want in your city?" The crowd roared "NO!" in response. Miller's spectacle horrified many on social media who watched the event. "Literal Nazi s--- from Santa Monica Goebbels," posted law professor and podcaster Ben Yelin. "We are at a terrifying tipping point," wrote Mother Jones editor-in-chief Clara Jeffery. "And if people think the hate will only land on undocumented folks, please read up on any past ethnic cleansing." "Full on Nuremberg rally," wrote Brian Tashman of the Vera Institute of Justice. "Assuming the pundits are preemptively blaming different minority groups for a Harris loss because it's easier than reckoning with the kind of gleeful hatred that has absolutely consumed, like, 48% of white people in this country," wrote Huffington Post senior reporter Nathalie Baptiste. "That a Jewish-American is doing this without regard for history … vile," wrote national security attorney Bradley Moss. "This is pure hate and racism," wrote Fred Wellman of the progressive group Meidas Touch. "Put it in German with pictures of Jews and use ... well ... Stephen Miller still ... and it is the same message." "This is not the America my grandparents came to this country for," wrote Ohio Environmental Council director Spencer Dirrig. "They came here to experience freedom, inclusion, and democracy. We must reject this." www.rawstory.com/stephen-miller-2669381872/

Finally another win for Ruby Freeman and Shayne Moss... The editor of a website that singled out two Georgia election workers and baselessly accused them of manipulating ballots in the 2020 election has now admitted the entire story was false.Jim Hoft – founder of far-right website Gateway Pundit — posted a mea culpa to his site in which he admitted that there was no truth to his claim that Fulton County, Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss did anything illegal in the election, the Guardian reported Saturday. This is despite Gateway Pundit first amplifying the claim, which eventually was picked up by former President Donald Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani. “Georgia officials concluded that there was no widespread voter fraud by election workers who counted ballots at the State Farm Arena in November 2020,” the site’s co-founder, Jim Hoft, said in a statement posted on Gateway Pundit on Saturday. “The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct while working at State Farm Arena on election night. A legal matter with this news organization and the two election workers has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties through a fair and reasonable settlement.” The Associated Press recently reported that 70 Gateway Pundit articles cited as defamatory in Freeman and Moss' suit were scrubbed from the site after the news of their confidential settlement was announced. www.rawstory.com/gateway-pundit-defamation/

And the Bible’s the idiot is selling were printed in China. Joker… ”To put the Trump-Greenwood Bible in perspective: There are over 25,000 American printing companies who could have been chosen by the Republican Party to print Trump's Bible. The GOP chose a Chinese Communist company over those 25,000 American companies. That's America Last.” x.com/thesgtjoker/status/1844059968439451785?s=61&t=j45uMgNk1i8O0YllKF58nwWell now... An update .. The Bibles were printed in China. As we know they only cost $3.00. TFG received 'royalties' of $300,000!!! At a rally today, Tim Walz also commented on the Bibles, yes, they were made in China, but you can understand he didn't know because it was printed inside, and we know he never opened it to read, so he missed it....

And more... Schools are rebelling.. Several district school superintendents in Oklahoma are revolting over State Superintendent Ryan Walters's mandate to teach the Bible in public schools. Local news station KGOU reports that dozens of superintendents are blowing off a Walters directive announced this past summer that "all Oklahoma schools are required to incorporate the Bible, which includes the Ten Commandments, as an instructional support into the curriculum across specified grade levels, e.g., grades 5 through 12.” But as one superintendent explained to KGOU, mandating Bible instruction in public schools raises all kinds of thorny issues, even if everyone in the class is already a Christian. “I told teachers if they wanted to comply with this edict, that I would stand behind them," the superintendent said. "If they want Bibles, we will buy them. Most teachers are Christians themselves, and don’t want ANOTHER type of Christian teaching their child anything about the Bible, and are therefore not going near this.” Superintendent Rick Cobb of Mid-Del Public Schools, meanwhile, lamented that Walters has been so "unpredictable" as state superintendent, which has left many teachers and administrators in the state in a state of confusion. “I’m not losing sleep over thinking how [Walters] might retaliate,” Cobb said. “I’ll address it when it comes up... he’s so unpredictable. Everything out of the state department is so unpredictable right now that I think you just have to address things as they happen and not anticipate them.” Oklahoma school districts have justified their defiance to the Walters order by pointing to state law that gives local school districts authority over all "instruction, curriculum, reading lists and instruction materials and textbooks" that their students receive. Walters, however, insists that his plan is in the best interest of educating students. "We want our kids here in Oklahoma to understand American history better than any in the country, and we're laying out a roadmap for every state to follow," he said. However, the chances of any state following Oklahoma's education policies appear remote. Earlier this year, Forbes conducted a review of standardized test scores across the United States and found that Oklahoma finished dead last. www.rawstory.com/oklahoma-bible-mandate/

I am listening to parts of Trump's speech at Coachella (California) today. Talking to Californians and he said that he will not give any aid to the state when we have fires. And the crowd cheered! WTH is wrong with these people?? A lot of the people who live in the areas that were recently devastated by fires are Republicans. And they are ok with no aid when the next fire happens. SMH!
And then he said that California has brown outs and black outs EVERY day! The last blackout I can remember was over 10 years ago, when that line from Arizona failed and caused a power outage in San Diego.
I really don't understand how people can cheer him and not see anything wrong with his massive lies.

I saw a quote that he won’t give money to California because they don’t let him take long showers. That until we change the water policy we won’t get money. What part of the fact that water is in limited supply. Then the comment do you want a black president or a white president. I just want a sane president I don’t care about the color of their skin. I remember rolling blackouts happening it’s been a while though. The Arizona black out was wild. It was long. Rolling blackouts were short. I don’t understand how they can cheer him withholding funding to their state in an emergency seriously messed up.

He can’t be re-elected he will be out after 2026 so there will be a new governor to pick on. Why wish something bad for your state because if him. You still live here and even if you don’t why wish something bad on another state. We sure don’t wish bad on another state. So strange.

TFG has accomplished his mission. Huge publicity. He is broadcasting to all of what he intends to do. Those tonight in California cheering are too stupid to understand what they are cheering for long term. He thinks that he will be able take our tax money and not give it back to the states as needed. His red states will lose. We help pay their bills!

You would have thought that his recent talks of bad genes that they would take note. I saw some clips on X and there were what looked to be several women behind him wearing tiaras that were jumping up and down. He was saying awful things snd one was smiling and waving her sign and jumping up and down. It was weird. In some clips where he was speaking and people behind him were not waving their signs snd just sat there so there is hope that maybe they aren’t as enthusiastic about what he was saying. I was kind of expecting some backlash because of the population in the area but I haven’t heard of any. You would think that him saying he wasn’t going to send emergency aid to our state would have been a wake up call but I guess not.

As for the parking, that is how Coachella is. Parking lots are far away and you take shuttle buses to the stage areas. It doesn’t mean the people were bussed in to fill the arena. The secret service wanted to do things their way, and not take the advice of the people who run events at Coachella. Typical! SMH!

TFG rants on and on about Harris and her cognitive abilities.. x.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1845847872287424732Show more: I believe it is very important that Kamala Harris pass a test on Cognitive Stamina and Agility. Her actions have led many to believe that there could be something very wrong with her. Even 60 Minutes and CBS, in order to protect Lyin’ Kamala, illegally and unscrupulously replaced an answer she had given, which was totally “bonkers,” with another answer that had nothing to do with the question asked. Also, she is slow and lethargic in answering even the easiest of questions. We just went through almost four years of that, we shouldn’t have to do it again! *** "So, let me get this straight," noted Zeteo News media columnist Justin Baragona. Geraldo Rivera has changed his mind... The last time President Trump and I spoke was Friday, November 13, 2020, when he called me at home," wrote Rivera. "I asked him what he would do if the vote count remained against him. As I reported on Fox News that same morning, Friday the 13th, he told me he was a reasonable man and would do the right thing if that time came. It never did. Instead, President Trump embarked on an increasingly menacing campaign to discredit the 2020 election. With a motley supporting cast of increasingly fringe characters, he careened from one bizarre theory to the next, offering no meaningful proof, that he had been robbed by the Democrats. None exists." "If you are a Republican, Donald Trump has made a liar of you," wrote Rivera. "He has coaxed and intimidated tens of millions into pretending he was reelected in 2020, and that the election was stolen. In furtherance of that Big Lie, on January 6, 2021, Trump incited and unleashed the violent attack on the center of democracy, the U.S. Capitol for which he was Impeached. As his followers trashed that sacred space, he was on the phone urging Vice President Mike Pence essentially to overturn the will of the American people. Pence refused to put Trump ahead of the Constitution. Trump stabbed the Constitution in the back." At the end of the day, Rivera said, nothing else outweighs that, and he cannot support putting Trump back in power. Perhaps you feel differently, Rivera added: "Better to admit he lost last time but that you don’t care because a Harris presidency would be a disaster, or you admire his defiance in the face of an assassin’s bullet. Just don’t pretend that he got robbed in 2020. That is a lie. Former President Trump is a sore loser who cannot be trusted to honor the Constitution." "That is why I am voting for Kamala Harris to be our 47th President," he concluded. Former Fox News personality Geraldo Rivera announced in a lengthy post to X on Monday that he is backing Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election. www.rawstory.com/geraldo-rivera-2669393011/
