Yesterday our sweet daughter gave birth to her second daughter, Maeve.
She was 9 days overdue and I had started feeling a bit anxious about that based on her experience with first baby.
All is well! Mom and babe are both healthy and doing well, and DD got the birth center experience which wasn't possible the first time due to a turn of events and baby being really overdue.
We are thrilled and relieved!

Maeve is a lovely name. Congratulations on her arrival. Grandparenthood is the best gig ever. I’m visiting my two grandsons this weekend and we kept the granddaughter at our home last weekend. I just love every minute I spend with them!
