Here we are at the last Thursday of the month. It's gone so fast! I don't have my page finished quite yet, but suffice it to say, I have followed the sketch closely as per usual  This sketch is from PageMaps September 2014. I hope you have fun with it! I can see lots of possibilities in that sketch. That doodled mesh is getting my fingers itchy to start stamping with background stamps or layering with stencils, but that doesn't often follow through to my finished pages. Looking forward to seeing your take, joyfulnana. Thanks so much for hosting our Thursdays this SKETCHtember. And it is so good to see your LO's each week. |

Messed with the sketch a little, wanted to work on the Conch Tour Train and have many photos. I knew the one story red brick building had some kind of significant history. Took me awhile to find it, but I was right. It was built in the Civil War! All papers are Quick Quotes Navigator. AND I knew I had some light weight mesh somewhere! Worked perfectly for this sketch  Dug out my small alphabet and numbers rub-ons as I decided I wanted to number the photos and put the journaling below. Then "in Key West" seemed appropriate to finish off the title circle.
Oops there is a stray rub-on "w".

 SKETCHtember #26 by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr I mostly stuck to the sketch. I did not feel like threading those paper buttons, and since it's a sewing layout, I should probably go back and fix that later. Thanks for providing this sketch, it was fun and I might use it again  |
