I need some motivation to get my butt into gear. So far I have taken the dogs on a nice walk and washed the blanket for my bed. Have a list of things I need to do over the next few days.
Wash & dry sheets for my bed
Dry blanket
Make meal plan for next week
Make shopping list
Sign off on some paperwork for DS with IRC
Clean kitchen counters (aka scrub tiles)
Put away clean clothes
Help ds wash his bedding (I pour the soap)
Help ds wash her bedding (I carry it down to the garage)
Prep for tonight's soup
Monitor ds vacuum downstairs
Check meds in med cabinet and see what we need for upcoming cold/flu/illness season
Check everyone's Albuterol inhalers for expiration date and puffs left & order new ones
Organize dd's recent IgG delivery
Monitor ds mopping downstairs
Work on October budget
Wash kitchen hand towels & pot holders
Wash clothes
Put away new recipes in binder
Write down flagged recipes from Dolly Parton's cookbook from library
Write down 6 soup recipes from ATK cookbook
Wash kitchen towels
Prep vegetables for dinner
Wash load of clothes
Join in if you'd like. Hopefully the check off gets me going.

- Sweep kitchen floor and straighten up
- pick up all of the paper towels shredded by the dog (I don't know why he does this.)

It is 3 pm and after the day I had at work I'm eager to sit on my deck (beautiful weather) and read a book until I have to take Chloe's dog to the vet at 5:30.
But tomorrow I am all in. I have guests coming on Sunday and my housekeeper hasn't been here in like 2 weeks. (She will be here Tuesday). So I've got a whole host of things that need to get done. I'll be on this thread first thing tomorrow morning.

I've been home alone today and have gotten a lot of cleaning done. So far I've....
Mopped the main level
straightened up the laundry room
put laundry away
decorated for Fall
took out garbage
swept the garage
washed a few windows

Good morning! It's 7 am here. I slept in until 6. I've just had two cups of coffee and I'm contemplating another two (decaf). Then hopefully I'll be in the mood to get my butt going for today. And really hopefully Jeremy will be out of bed by then. 😂 He doesn't like to be disturbed on the weekend until 8. I generally don't bother him because he gets up at 3 am on weekdays.
Somehow in the night, I managed to pull a glute muscle. So while my second round of coffee is brewing, I'm going to do some stretches I found on the Internet.

My glute muscle feels better. I've got my first load of laundry in and breakfast in my belly. Heading to the kitchen for a clean up. Dishes, wipe down, floor mopping.

Just switched my laundry. Kitchen is clean. I read a chapter in my book. I'm knitting for 15 minutes and then I'll move into the dining room

Gosh I slept till almost 7. I am always up at 6am on the weekends.
Going to refresh my ponytail, wash my face, eat, and then get at it. Want to get items checked off before 9am when Michigan Football is on.

pantsonfire I'm a mess of hives again today. 🙄 All over my arms, chest, and stomach. Some on my back too that are driving me nuts. What's on your agenda for today? Good gosh! I hope your allergist can figure it out soon. Have they recommended daily antihistamine like Zyrtec? Of course for skin prick you will need to be off of it for a week sometimes 2. Going to help ds wash his bedding, write down the recipes I flagged, and scrub the kitchen. After the game I want to work on cards then go through med cabinet. |

I'm being very lazy this morning but will probably jump in later today. I need to clean my bathroom but I'm waiting for the new electric scrubber to be delivered. I love mine! I mostly use it as the handheld version for the kitchen tile. But it is very handy for the bathtub. Unfortunately it doesn't work well on cleaning the floors. I am going to try a push brush broom I see TikTokers use to scrub the floor so they aren't on hands and knees. The scrubber just goes all over and the angle it is at even with the handle means I bend down to get it to touch. |

My dining room is clean except for the floor. I have to wait until Jeremy takes the outside Halloween decorations out today. They are all in there waiting for him.
I'm going to sit and knit until this load of laundry is done. And then I will tidy my living room.

My living room is cleaned. Now I'm making a couple of "fish" filets for lunch. I've gotten the clothing laundry almost done (last laid in the dryer) and have my first load of bedding in the wash.
After I eat I'm going to take on the bathroom. Then I'll shower.
How's everyone else doing?

Dd also started her bedding laundry. She started with her blankets.

They are winning pantsonfire. Jeremy finally went out to work on the yard but he put the game on before he went. I'm going to switch the laundry. My white kitchen floor already looks dirty again. I hate white tile. |

My bathroom is clean and I've taken a shower. It says it's 71 degrees here but I'm freaking roasting. I feel sweaty right out of my cool shower. Jeremy's outside decorating the yard. He drives me nuts because he doesn't want to out lights on our bushes. They are kind of scrawny bushes but I think they will hold the tiny lights. I think he just doesn't want to put them out there.

After I have lunch I am going to check the med cabinet and look at our Albuterol inhalers then start on Octobers budget and call it a day.
Will finish up tomorrow.
Dh is currently outside putting up our Halloween decorations. I just need a few fun unique pumpkins to go on my hay bakes with my Snoopy scarecrow and it will be complete.

I have an egg free snicker doodle cookie recipe that you can use non dairy milk with. Yes please share it. I've got a good vegan cookie book but snicker doodles are Jeremy favorite and there isn't one in that book.  I use Lactaid for us and vegan butter. |

Dh needed his work pant slacks washed so I got those going. He will hang them all up after they wash. I am done for today. Now in my craft space to have some fun before I start dinner.

I had errands to run this morning. After getting back home I worked outside getting ready for Fall and Winter. I cleaned and vacuumed the 2nd level of the house and did the rest of the Fall decorating. I still have some stuff to put away in my bedroom closet that I really should just get done. It is in the low 80's and supposed to be almost 90 tomorrow. That is really warm for us. I am hot and ready for some cooler temps.
