It seems that it is pretty common for people to faint at Trump rallies. I was reading about his statements about it last night and it sounds like it is really hot inside the venues. Why is that? Is that happening at Harris rallies as well or are the venues kept at much higher than normal temps for Trump rallies? It would actually not surprise me if the heat is kept higher so it costs less (either for the venue when Trump doesn't pay them back, or for Trump's campaign) but was curious about this. Article with his odd comments about the heat and fainting. www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-town-hall-people-fainting-heat-comments-1969055

The one last night was at a fairground and the one at Coachella was outside in 100 degree temperatures. Maybe he picks venues that are inexpensive which means no air conditioner? They couldn’t open the doors yesterday because of security concerns, so that means there was no AC blowing.

I recall people fainting at other political events as well, because I've seen video clips of how different candidates or politicians handle it.
Someone just had some sort of difficulty at Obama's speech that was linked here recently, but I don't know that they actually fainted.
I think in any situation where you have thousands of people standing for along periods of time you can have these issues.

I think in any situation where you have thousands of people standing for along periods of time you can have these issues. I know that there were some issues at a Harris/Walz event awhile ago because Walz offered people water and alerted the medical staff to attend to some people. I can understand that if the event is outdoors and you know it is going to be hot. But it seems unusual for people to be that hot at an indoor event. But, I also assumed that they were usually in arenas or other buildings that are meant to hold a lot of people and would have AC.

People faint in the heat, because they are standing too long, or have some other medical emergency. The Coachella rally was a complete mess with people being stranded in the heat. I despise Trump. But I feel for anyone who suffered heat stroke because buses stranded them.

A large group of attendees were stuck 2 hours from the parking lot at night in the desert. And you know hose people will still vote for him.
He had them busses in so they couldn't leave. Then he stranded them there.
PD kept telling them to go here and there and caused more chaos.
Stupid ass hole.
