I find any bill I have to pay is an annoying bill LOL you stole my answer! But beyond that we get a bill for PART of our AT&T bill. We use their commercial services thing so we can have an auto attendant on DH’s work numbers (press 1 for this, press 2 for that, press 3 etc.). We originally had the whole thing on autopay but because some fees weren’t being calculated right they split off that part of the bill onto its own bill. I’ve gone through and tried to set up the autopay on it at least four different times and I can’t make heads or tails of what they need me to do. Their system won’t let me pay online with a credit card and our bank won’t let us set up a direct debit from the checking account, so I get frustrated and mail them a check but it’s such a hassle. I’ve also tried calling to see if someone can walk me through it and that hasn’t worked either. And don’t even get me started on paperless billing. DH set almost everything up on autopay/ paperless billing but then he never looks at or prints out the statements. Then something goes south and he wants me to fix it only I have nothing to go back and look at in my files to research what happened, and I don’t even have the account number to reference if I ever do have to call someone. It’s a pain in the ass. Yeah, I’m old school and I’ll own it.
