SO freaking pissed this morning. I had a SINGLE day back in January and reached 284 days. Yesterday really light spotting, hoping I could ignore but knew likely it meant restarting that 1 year with no period calendar. But this morning? Period. Son of a bitch!!

Hugs!! After 39 years, I'd be fine with mine deciding to stay gone, but as of yet it wants to keep on visiting--on its own schedule, of course.

I'm still on BC, but for the last year, on my "off" week, I have a period for ONE day. Sometimes less than 24 hours, and sometimes just at 36, but never even for 2 full days. And (TMI) it's a mix of the early part (red) and latter part (brown). It's the strangest freaking thing and SOOOO annoying.

That sucks so badly. I’m sorry.
I’m on year six of perimenopause. I feel ya. So damn sick of it.

Ah that's too bad. With my family history I suspect I'll be a late ender. My mom had hers until she got a hysterectomy for ovarian cancer when she was 64. At 72 she still gets hot flashes despite having no uterus, she started perimenopause in her 30s.
I'm actually at the point where I've never been so regular, 28 days on the dot for the past couple years. I went my entire life never knowing when I'd start (since age 10 at that) it could be 20 days or it could be 50 days I never knew (this made getting pregnant difficult, but somehow I managed two "surprises" and one planned). I'm assuming this is my body's version of perimenopause but guess time will tell.

I’m having the same thing. I went from May 2023 to March 2024 with a few days of spotting intermittently and bam, full blown period in March. Couple of days of spotting since and then bam, full blown period in October.
I’m 51. I’d be okay with being done but this ten and seven month stretches are such a tease!

A friend made it eleven months and then surprise! I thought that sucked - and then it happened to me. Eleven months! Luckily that was the end for both of us.

Ugh. That happened to me a few times. I finally stopped for good at 58yo. OMG I think I would go insane if I was still having to deal with that now (57)! I tell my DD that I feel like I won the lottery because I *only* had to put up with it for 35 years.

I made it 10 months, then surprise. Thankfully that was the last one. Been done since 2017.

FSH determined I was post menopausal. Got biote pellets. Too much estrogen and I started a period. Ugh.

In my early 50s I went about 11 months and then had a period that ended up being the final one. Hopefully this will be your last one!
