For anyone who watched the preview episode of Matlock last month, or who enjoyed Elsbeth last year, both are back tonight. Also Ghosts is back, and the new Young Sheldon spin-off. (Of course there are plenty of other new shows and episodes starting on other nights and other networks, but this group just happen to be some of the ones I'm looking forward to and they all landed on the same night.  ) |

I'm looking forward to all these. I like the 1st episode of Matlock and I like the other shows you mentioned. I'm looking forward to Georgie & Mandy.

I liked Matlock throughout the episode, but then the ending really made me want to see more.
I see similarities between Matlock & Elsbeth, and I already love Elsbeth, so that works for me, and there are enough differences to keep me interested in both.

I have recorded Matlock but haven't watched yet. Love Ghosts and Elsbeth! I'm also going to record Georgie & Mandy's first marriage.

Only Elsbeth has a quirkier fashion sense than Columbo. |

Happy to have network TV back! We watch all of these but won't watch them all on one night so we will probably spread this out over the next 3 evenings.

Yeah, that's what I realized I would need to do as well. I get up quite early, so I don't even always stay up late enough to watch an hour long show at 9pm, never mind 10pm. Plus, that gives me something to enjoy other nights as well. |

I think it is going to be the same jokes/ plot every week. Hope I’m wrong. I hope you’re wrong to. I loved the other two shows snd loved Georgie. I liked Mandy more but I really liked him to but of course the father was my favorite. I need a good comedy though as there are so few good sitcoms. |

I love Elsbeth (and her 3 purses!!).
I also really enjoyed Matlock! Especially the last scene!! It's gonna be good series!!
I haven't watched Ghosts yet.

If I didn't have a vested interest in the characters already, then I wouldn't keep watching, but since I do, I'll give it a few more episodes. I do hope they come up with more for them to do than argue with Audrey, though. I also hope we see Mary & Connie with some regularity. |

I didn’t like Georgie as much as I did in Young Sheldon. Overall I thought “they” tried too hard. I hope it gets better. As much as we liked Young Sheldon in the beginning, it lost it's luster as Sheldon aged. Just from the commercials, we figured Georgie wasn't for us. I think it's a tough battle to take a few characters from an ensemble cast and make a go of it. JMHO. |
