Has anyone bought this? Wondering if it really works as well as the videos show on Tik Tok.

I have it. It straightens my hair faster than a flat iron. Just one brush through and it's straight. I feel like I need multiple passes when using a flat iron.

I bought one and I like it way more than a flat iron. It's quicker and easier to use. I also like that it's not too heavy.

Those of you who like it, would you mind describing your hair texture? I'd love one but I'm wondering if it would work on my hair specifically.

My hair is wavy-curly and it's quite dry and damaged unfortunately. I feel like the Tymo straightens my hair quicker than a flat iron so my guess is that it won't damage my hair as much. I've only had it a couple of weeks though.

I bought this after seeing this tread and really had high hopes for it. I was in the market for a new straightener anyway so thought I would try this. Unfortunately, I'm sending it back. It straightens my hair good except for the ends and leaves too many little wisps of my damaged broken hair sticking up. I end up using my regular straightener afterwards for the ends and to tame those hairs. It's not as easy to use as I thought. I had trouble keeping the hair in it while holding my hair and sliding the tool down.
I have very fine and thin hair now after cancer. I lost a little more than half of my thick curly hair. Now I have thin frizzy hair that's got the natural ringlet curls still underneath but straighter fine hair that's more brittle and breaks easy on the top and middle layer no matter how careful I am with my hair. I try to only use heat once or twice a week at most and it still breaks. I've tried every product my hair stylist and the internet recommends for that but no luck.
