We mailed ours last week and they were received and counted. It felt so good to get that out of the way!

Our early voting starts in 2 days. My vote will have zero impact on the presidential or congressional elections, but I can impact our local races, so I will be there sometime this week to cast my vote.

I'm in Kansas, too! We received our ballots Friday. Put them in the mail this morning. No drop box locations in our County. Although we have a Democrat Governor, all my local and state offices had Republican candidates only:(

Yep voted early in person Friday.. I wanted to wait because my polling place is in Niota TN(where Harry T Burn lived) I like the symbolism. But scheduling wasn't working out for actual election day, so early it was.

Just voted a few hours ago! And got told by an elderly Asian woman that I look "just like Kamala! Beautiful woman but she crazy, not right in the head, just terrible!"
🤣🤣🤣
I didn't have much to say to that but I'm sure I'll never hear that ever again.

I voted today. I'm in Texas, so there's a certain amount of "why bother" going through my head - but of course, there's a lot more on the line other than Pres/VP. Hoping that some of these statewide races swing my way. The more local ones are either uncontested or are 99% certain to go with the way I voted.
I still always go vote, though! DD has only been eligible to vote since early February, and she's voted in every election since then (3 up till now), so I have to keep the inspiration going!
