I generally don’t eat breakfast. I start my day with a very big, unsweet iced tea that I drink all day. (That will switch to hot tea, soon).
Lunch is stuff I can pick at while working…salami/ham/cheese/ crackers and cream cheese, cottage cheese, sometimes a salad, carrots/celery, sometimes an Uncrustable (no judging…they’re yummy!) sometimes I’ll buy a school lunch (they’re REALLY good! I love pozole days).
My sister-in-law and I take turns making dinner. We go for easy stuff because WE TIRED. Last 3 nights have been: Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi served on their Miso Crunch salad, TJ’s pumpkin bisque and smoked sausage wrapped in crescent roll dough, sprinkled with everything but the bagel seasoning, and cut into slices, and green enchilada soup (that actually lasted 2 nights and a lunch).
This week, I’m making spaghetti red (spaghetti with red beans added) and migas (breakfast for dinner!)

Our dishwasher is broken and the technician is coming today so we didn't cook this weekend.
As long as it gets fixed today we will be back to normal.
My mother in law lives with us and she is in charge of dinner during the week. I have no idea what we are coming home to most days. It's not always the best but I do appreciate her doing it. She isn't a fan of cooking but that was part of the arrangement when she moved in with us.

I don't really cook since DH passed. It's only me as DS eats very little and cooks his own dinner in the toaster oven every night. I will cook up a batch of breakfast potatoes on the weekend and eat those all week with scrambled eggs. Some times that's the only meal as I'm not hungry, and typically I'll have it for lunch. If I'm hungry, I'll open a can of soup or tuna.

I cook for my parents about 2-3 days a week and we'll usually have spaghetti, meatloaf or softer foods that are easier for them to chew.
A Trtader Joe's just opened around the corner so I got some of their pre-made meals for 2 which will feed the three of us as neither of them eat very much.
I only eat lunch and dinner and I'll also order in on some nights so I'm not cooking all of the time.

DH and I do our own things for breakfast and lunches.
Last night I made Ham and potato soup Tonight we are having protein pasta with sauce and turkey italian sausage Tomorrow night is burgers on the grill with some kind of potato and grilled green beans.
I make a lot of soups this time of year. It makes great leftovers. DH loves Lentil soup, White chicken chili, homemade chicken noodle, italian meatball soup, etc.

Breakfast/lunch is sautéed vegetables and eggs. Coffee Snack is some fruit and nuts Dinner is salad with meat and lots of goodies.
Yesterday we were at the Sonoma mission Inn and I had a huge treat for lunch - a rock fish sandwich on brioche bun, and truffle fries - they were amazing! I very rarely eat that kind of food anymore. It was such a treat.
