Does anyone take this anxiety medication? If so, how many time(s) per day?

I have myriad pills I take to defeat my anxiety and depression and buspar (busparone) is one that I take. I just recently increased it to 30mg but haven't noticed a difference yet. No side effects to speak of.
Hope it helps!

I've been taking buspirone for over 20 years. The only side effect I had when I started was fatigue. But that went away.
I was taking 30mg twice a day, but recently reduced it to 20mg twice a day.

It was prescribed for my dd. She ended up on blood pressure meds. I encouraged her to stop taking the buspar. As a result, she also didn’t need the blood pressure meds. Short story, buspar caused blood pressure issues in my 20 something yo.

I've taken it for several years. I take it 2x a day - they ideally wanted me to space it out to 3x per day, but I was up front and told them I'd never remember that. So I take 30 mg in the AM and 15 in the PM. I've been pretty happy with it. I still have anxiety at times, but I can usually manage to cope with it acceptably. That's kind of how I look at depression and anxiety meds - they help me get to the point where I actually CAN help myself cope, rather than totally fixing the problem. (I'd love it if they did fix it, but all those meds are addictive, and I really don't want to go there.)
