I'm starting the thread a day early as I leave tomorrow morning for my 4-day scrapbooking retreat. My #8 LSU Tigers travel to play #14 Texas A&M. Both are the only undefeated teams in SEC play. That in itself is a shocker. I can't lie, I'm very nervous as A&M has all the tools to beat us, especially in their house.
Who does your team play.

Hotty Toddy!!! Ole Miss is hosting Oklahoma this week so we are hoping for a win. That loss to LSU still stings a bit, although it was a darn good game! Miss State is hosting Arkansas. I hope they can pull out a win, bless their hearts. First year with a new coach can be tough.
Both games are overlapping, so we'll be flipping channels.

My nephew is a defensive coordinator for a division three football team here in the state of New York. I went last week to watch them play. They came up against the D3 team that won the championship last year who is about two hours away from where my nephew coaches. Needless to say they got beat pretty bad
So I’ll be rooting for them to win this weekend. Don’t pay attention to the Division I teams until December lol. Couple games last weekend though were kind of fun to watch.

It's the big A&M and LSU game. Im excited for my Aggies!
Texas Tech is playing TCU and let's be real - Im afraid to think the Red Raiders will show up ready to play. You just never know with them this year.

Time for our big instate rivalry game - Michigan State v University of Michigan. Should be a good one this year as both teams have the same record so far.

Another Aggie here - and yes cadoodlebug totally a tale of 2 halves. My kids were both at the game (1 is a senior and 1 is a freshman) and it sounds like it was one heck of an experience for the fans tonight. They were as loud as ever and people stayed for most of the game. For the SEC folks, did you see Vandy came back against Texas and only lost by 3! It’s a crazy year for SEC teams - you just never know. |

That was a good game, just not enough time for Vandy to get enough points to win. Was rooting for Vandy, if for no other reason than to shut my obnoxious UT cousin up!  Hotty Toddy!
