You wouldn't trust Harris or Walz to hold your purse? Really? Or date your sibling? Going into business is too much, but the others? You are one suspicious cookie. LOL okay. I wouldn't ask any person I personally don't know to hold my purse. Jesus some you are reaching a bit much. This is why I'm not here much. The political hoity toity we're better crap gets old. I don't know them. Just because they are the better running pair doesn't mean I would trust them with anything and everything. Would you ask a complete stranger to hold your purse? No, but I would trust Harris or Walz to hold my purse. I wouldn't let Trump or Vance. I feel like Harris and Walz have proven their morals pretty well. I obviously don't know them personally, but I know them better than a stranger on the street. |

While waiting for my adult daughter to finish her dental appointment I had a stranger ask me if I would hold her baby while she used the bathroom. We were on a military base and she probably made some assumptions about them not just letting anyone wander around there. She probably would not have done that in a mall. Come to think about it, the last time I flew someone asked me if they could set their bag by me when they had to use the bathroom. I guess I’m glad to give off a vibe where someone feels ok doing that. |

Quite a few are saying that they don't know Kamala Harris enough personally to trust her with their child. I get that. But we trust a lot of people with our children that we don't know personally. Their teachers. Sure we may know them well enough, but I know for myself, I did not know them beyond that the school trusted them enough. Children's friends' parents. Yes, we may be on first name basis with them, but we still might not know their character. Even people we thought we could trust to watch our children and have used them as babysitters. I know this firsthand. They aren't all to be trusted.
I doubt Kamala or even Donald would ever even want to watch our children for us. I took the question to be figuratively, not literally. But unless we keep our children under lock and key, to never be exposed to the outside world, we trust our children with quite a few people we don't know absolutely. Or maybe we think we do, but really don't.
