I have saw a lot of tiktok videos still claiming that he is alive. obviously a bit conspiracy but one thing that really stood out to me is that the parents found his body after an extensive search was already done so that is definitely odd. Also one of the videos that I saw claimed that his UNCLE who is a dentist identified the body based on dental records. Does anyone know if that was the case? Seems insane if true. Really hope there was actually DNA done and it was confirmed to be Brian.

I saw a video on tik tok where someone was saying Brian's body was very decomposed and his uncle was his dentist and was the one to 'verify' it was Brian. But she was insinuating that she felt like Brian's parents faked his death and that body was not really him. Anybody else hear this? I posted before I read all the new comments and seems like you and I saw the same tik-tok...this truly is very unbelievable if true! Hope there was DNA done as well. I also searched and it seems he was cremated and the family never had a funeral which could also add fuel to this scenario in my opinion. |

I just remembered another thing that struck me. One of the videos showed Gabby shooting a gun several times from the car into the surrounding trees and shrubs. I think Brian was filming - in which case he was driving and filming at the same time which is dangerous, but are guns really allowed to be shot indiscriminately into covered areas? What if she shot someone through the trees without knowing? It had orange on it, which is usually the sign of some kind of non-lethal gun. I don’t think she was shooting live ammunition from a real gun but if she was, that’s stupid, dangerous, and illegal. |

I watched it this afternoon. I had the same questions as you all, plus, however beautiful Spread Creek was (and it was) I am amazed that the family scattered her ashes where her body was found. Surely they would want them scattered where she was happiest? I know I would. I wondered that too! I’d never leave her where such horrific violence ended her life. I wish she was on that beach from her YouTube video. She was still so happy then. Did you see the “orb” in the photo? I wish we weren’t left with so many questions but I’m so glad many of my questions were answered in this one. I would love to think the orb was significant, but I think it was lens flare. The sun was behind the family, if I remember correctly. |

That was a hard watch. DH and I would 100% lawyer up DS, and I can see telling him to stop talking to us or asking for more details. But I'm also confident that one (or both) of us would have flown out to him in WY and not let things get worse. I can't believe a lawyer would have advised him to drive the van to Florida and ghost Gabby's family. I mean, following the phone usage was a big part in showing that he actively worked to try cover his trail. I hadn't heard the details of his confession. What a gross, unhinged, ludicrous, insane tale.  I understand the family wanting to go to the site she died, but had my jaw hanging open when they scattered her ashes where she was murdered.  |

Yeah, I don't remember hearing the details of his "confession". I wondered briefly if his mom actually wrote it bc what the hell, why lie if you're just going to kill yourself? I'm sure that's not what actually happened (that mom wrote it), but it makes almost more sense than what he wrote. A deathbed lie instead of a deathbed confession... Interesting. I guess he just couldn't face owning up to what he actually did. But the story he gave is about the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Unbelievable (literally, unbelievable). |
