We lost our fifteen year old yellow lab

Our dear darling Charlotte was 15 1/2 years old. She helped raise our kids! She was running around one day, then went downhill so rapidly. We both held her in our arms as our vet helped us let her go. My dh and I are so devastated. Such a hole in our lives!

Here’s a favorite photo. She was obsessed with her “baby” which was a beanie buddy puppy. She carried him everywhere. If she left him outside accidentally she would whimper until we let her go out and rescue him, then she’d tuck him in her dog bed.
