I like the Sunday best uniforms but I don't think I have shoes that match. I will have to go shopping. Also, does anyone know where I can get a bandolier on bright pink?

If you lot are coming here, be aware our flag is very colourful but our wine is mostly red. The quality stuff, that is. Hmmmmm. well.....the red wine is fine and all the colours in the SA flag at least would give us a chance of having multi coloured camo gear that will suit everyone and all countries!!! Are you providing eats as well as the wine or do we have to bring our own?!! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) If I am not too late- was really enjoying this convo! Eats will be provided. My husband will cook, so you are quite safe from my incompetence. I love the colourful camo thought. I am still a scrapper, pictures will be taken and faces pixellated if required. I say if required because the wine might mean the pics are sufficiently blurred to make identification of the revolutionaries very difficult. And dulcemama- will you be shopping for kitten heels? I don't know how to quote 2 different posts.

However, you have reminded me that I need to go and check up on the shoe situation!!

Oh that's good. It's a long trek down to Johannesburg so we will be very hungry and thirsty on arrival so we will need lots of wine.....and food!! Scrapbooking the event is a great idea then when the papperazi sell misleading photographs to the media we can produce the real deal!! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) hijack: By the way, I have friends in Jo'burg and at the moment they are involved in the '67 Blankets for Madiba' challenge that you may have heard about on radio or tv that Caroline Steyn is organising. I spent the beginning of the year knitting squares to be included in some of these blankets (along with other people internationally). /hijack

I did not know other people were helping with the squares- well done you! I do quite a bit of Govt. legal work (I know, I know) and for a couple of years have done my 67 that way. Probably will again soon.
