Not so good ... newrepublic.com/post/198686/trump-accomplished-lot-it-just-america-hates-it.. Far worse for FF if Katie Johnson comes forward.. There is a link to her testimony within the piece below.. Tread with care!! As the Jeffrey Epstein firestorm continues to engulf the Donald Trump White House, The New Republic's Michael Tomasky pointed out that there is renewed interest in accusations made about the president years ago that have been lying dormant. In his column delving into Trump's inability to understand why he is not receiving across-the-board adulation for his policies during his second term, the longtime political observer wrote that the reportedly "frustrated Trump...wonders why he’s not more popular. He complains, we read, that he’s accomplished a great deal and that he’s keeping his campaign promises, and looked at a certain way, these statements are true, to a point. So he can’t figure out why he’s at 37 percent." Calling Trump a "sleazeball," Tomasky bluntly stated, "... his policies are horrible, and people don’t like them," before adding, "the Jeffrey Epstein matter is Exhibit A, of course, but there is much more. The way he and his family are getting rich from the presidency is just obscene." With regard to Trump's well-documented relationship with the convicted pedophile, Tomasky pointed to an accusation made by a woman who filed a lawsuit years ago using the name "Katie Johnson,'" that the journalist admitted is uncorroborated. Nonetheless, he wrote, ".... it’s Epstein that is catching up with him. And that story is a long, long way from being over. We cannot of course at this point state that Trump is guilty of anything. But allegations are out there. Have you read the testimony of 'Katie Johnson'? You might want to familiarize yourself with it. LINK Obviously, I have no idea whether it’s true. If a third of it is, and it’s ever corroborated, it will be by far the biggest presidential scandal of all time." www.rawstory.com/trump-epstein-accusations/

I noticed there was no option for I Really Don't Give A Schtick. The answer for that I guess, is not to open the thread.

Did we already have money laundering on our Hellscape Bingo cards or should it be the free spot now?

Did we already have money laundering on our Hellscape Bingo cards or should it be the free spot now? Off topic, I saw commentary from a contractor yesterday that said that no way should the ballroom Trump has planned cost $200M to build. Leads to the question of where the rest of that money is going. Laundering?

I just read the Clintons (among others) have been subpoenaed to testify at a Congressional Committee.
Is this new news?

The list is long, but many missing too!! Alex Acosta was not on the subpoena list and he's the one who made initial deal of 13(corrected to 13 months) months for Epstein!! Alex Acosta offered Epstein a non-prosecution deal, which handed Epstein a minor prison sentence and shut down further federal investigations into his sex trafficking ring of teen girls. Acosta did this under the George W. Bush administration, while Gonzales was Acosta's boss at the time. Axios noted that leaving Acosta off the list "raised eyebrows from reporters and followers of the Epstein probe, given Acosta's role in negotiating the deal at the heart of the scandal." After the bombshell New York Times photos of Epstein's Manhattan house, showing framed photos of him with notable individuals. Among those pictured who are still alive are Donald and Melania Trump, Larry Summers, Elon Musk, Mick Jagger, and Richard Branson. They were not subpoenaed. The Times also revealed that in 2016, he was given some of the Epstein birthday book letters. Among those who included letters were media mogul Mortimer Zuckerman, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Woody Allen, Joichi Ito, Lawrence M. Krauss, Martin Nowak, and Steve Bannon. None of those individuals were subpoenaed either.Bannon has bragged that he has 15 hours of footage of interviews with Epstein, which he claims is for a documentary. Neither Bannon nor the footage was subpoenaed.www.rawstory.com/epstein-oversight-subpoena/

Apparently JD Vance is holding a strategy session tonight with administration officials re: the Epstein files. If Trump isn't incriminated in them, why the need for a strategy session? Just release them. Easy peasy. (The possibility exists that Vance is holding this session because what is in the files is so bad for Trump that he must step down or be removed. Vance sees his opportunity to take over as Supreme Leader and build the Gilead he longs for.) The family of Epstein and Maxwell victim Virginia Giuffre has called for Epstein's surviving victims to be included in the the sessions. www.newsweek.com/jeffrey-epstein-files-virginia-giuffre-trump-live-updates-2109750
