I feel your pain! My DD got me hooked on crack several weeks ago, but she won't play against me anymore  DH plays but he whines when he loses. It is quite fun! |

We got hooked on Trivia Crack New Year's Day. We have a lot if fun playing it. I finally paid the $2.99 get rid of the ads.

My son got me hooked. Love it. Question . . . I don't go on FB anymore, so I don't want to suddenly jump back in by posting my scores but I don't know how to find other people to play with. Is there a way to suck other people in, uh, invite other people without using FB? Seemed like an opportunity to let the peas know that I don't like on-line games, the same as other posters post if they like or dislike something that is in a post. Quiet evening. Good night. Why? OP didn't ask if anyone liked it, so why did you feel she wanted your opinion? Or your dig calling something she (and a few more of us) like silly. It's like when someone is asking for an eyeshadow recommendation and someone will post that they don't wear eyeshadow. I will never understand this. You're not being helpful or answering the question, so what's the point? |

Another fun Trivia game that I have enjoyed is Quiz Up. You play against people all over the world and the number of categories they have blows me away. Very fun.

I am hooked on this game. My poorest categories are entertainment and sports, because I just don't keep up with what players have played for which teams. But I'm having a good time with it.

So far I've only played the random games, with people I don't know. Like the poster above, I'd like to know if there's a way to find people to play with?

You can search for friends by username if you aren't connected via Facebook (or if the friend isn't).

That game is driving me nuts! How do you reject games? There are like 10 games on the homedge page with my sister! How did they all get there? On the "pending notice" swipe it to the left and it gives you your choices.  |

I don't get posts like this. If you don't like to play the games, then don't comment. Your initial comment made it seem like you consider them a waste of time. Which, of course, is your perogative. I don't know what it is that you like to do during down times, but I may or may not consider whatever it is, a waste of time also. I believe we recently had a discussion about naps during the day. That was considered a waste of time too. I know for me, I am done work, done housework. Nothing pressing. So I check out my favorite games, which happen to be Words with Friends, Candy Crush and now dang it...Trivia Crack. I don't consider it a waste of my time as there is nothing better than stimulating your brain. Well, Candy Crush doesn't exactly do that, but both WWF and now Trivia Crack sure do. Some of those questions are easy, but some are very hard! I'm learning stuff, my kids are learning stuff, my friends are learning stuff. Doesn't sound like a time waster to me. You can dislike on-line games all you want. Just don't be condescending to those of us who do enjoy them. If you truly do not have any free time, then I feel sorry for you. You should make some time, even if it's not playing games on the computer or tablet. |

My son asked me why, if we have 3 games already going, did I start another one. I told him that I only started one game, and all the rest are just popping up. They aren't even pending, they are all in the section that says Your Turn. I click on them and if the wheel shows up, then I go ahead and play. But sometimes there's no wheel, and there's some buttons, one is PLAY. If I click on that, a new game starts. But if I have 4 or 5 games already going with someone, I don't want to start another one. There is no button for me to press to reject it at that point. Only way is to click on PLAY, then click on the Resign flag. But then I lose a life. And it frustrates me! LOL! |
