Not to spoil anything, but Frankie did say if Nicole complained to him he would punch her in the face, so his comments not aired are pretty vile. He talks crap, like that all the time. He wanted "to stab the baby" regarding Zach, then he wanted to euthanize him slowly instead. He is really awful. My God, how can people be so stupid? Frankie appears to be pretty savvy so I KNOW that he knows the live feeds are capturing all of this and it's being discussed. Hasn't he seen past HGs become hated individuals when they start with the really cruel insults or nasty talks of violence. Does he think he's being funny? Or is he so disillusioned that he believes he is so beloved by his fans that everything that he says will be okay with them. I just wish the show would let the viewers without the feeds see how people really are.

I hate when they tease us the entire episode that someone might make a bold move and then it fizzles when they have the POV ceremony. Now that Nicole will be leaving tomorrow, I can't wait to see who gets blindsided by the double eviction. Poor Nicole, when she was talking to Derrick about how great his game was and that it reminds her of Dan, DS and I looked at each other and screamed NOOOOOOO!! That sealed the poor girl's fate.

So last night's episode I started out with some hope fro Nicole. It ended up being like a roller coaster. I felt like they might send Christine home instead of her (yay!!). Then Christine won veto and those hopes were dashed. Then it looked like Frankie might be in danger but nope, Nicole saved him. As soon as I heard Nicole privately talking to Derrick and comparing him to Dan, I knew she was doomed. Darn, darn, darn! I love Nicole but she has made some really critical errors in this game.
Derrick continues to amaze me. Listening to his diary room sessions and then watch him put his plans into motion is quite impressive. The only thing though--for the most part they put a bunch of idiots in there. Derrick wouldn't have been able to fool and manipulate a stronger player so well.

Frankie has talked about "euthanizing and slow dripping" Zach and "crushing his hopes and dreams" Werent they good friends and didnt he say in Zachs goodbye video he hoped to be friends outside the show? . He is just plain awful! He has talked about Donny like Donny is a criminal, what the heck has donny done?? This was posted in the live thread. It is clips of Frankie that they did not show on air. It was posted on Aug 22 so I feel safe there are NO spoilers www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJCbP8dNjwU

OMG....FIiiiiiiiiiinalllly,, Christine is gone!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!! Oh, and for HOH, I really thought Donny had said "Massages" and that Derrick was OUT------But he won----YES!!! Derrick needs to win this whole thing!!!!!! Oh, and I don't like that Frankie says horrible things, HOWEVERRRRR, I have to admit that I was entertained by him telling Caleb he would kill him in his sleep if he touches that button!!!!!!!! It usually takes A LOT for me to literally LOL at things---but when Cody acts like a dinosaur---ESPECIALLY when he leapt onto the couch----omg...he really IS funny! Like the time they were trying to find out who hid things----Cody was VERY funny--and didn't he wear a sheriff's outfit or something like that? Changing his voice and yelling "We need to have guards on duty at ALL TIMES!!!!" -I would've loved to see more of him that week.... OMG, Hubbs and I rolled our eyes over HOW MANY times Julie called Jeff and Jordan LEGENDS......!!!! Hey, I like them both---but, we just crack up over the DRAMATIC terms they use sometimes!!! Geeeeeee, I wonder what their BIG ANNOUNCEMENT will be??? When I watched Jeff's interview with Donny, I think Zingbot zinged Jeff for STILL not proposing to Jordan yet....(sheeesh, how many years ago was their season?)

I knew it was kissing so I was doing the happy dance knowing that Derrick was HOH. DS was sad that we only got to hear one question! How about when the audience booed Christine. Ouch! Yes, Cody has been a cute dinosaur. The red button thing is really great. You know it's going to be killing them not hitting it. So, if someone hits it and the week rewinds, the season will last an extra week? So confusing.

As a human being, I couldn't help but feel a little inkling of sympathy for the Boos Christine received, but overall I thought it was pretty awesome. Throwing the challenge for poor Donny (as mentioned above), the nasty things she said about some really nice HGs, the stabbing in the back of Nicole (which was stupid from a friend standpoint as well as a strategy standpoint--the guys were so clearly using her and were a tight group within themselves) and the hand-holding and cuddling with Cody which has to hurt and humiliate her husband. Yeah, she had it coming. People have to know when they get on these reality shows, if they act like assholes, there are going to be some consequences (i.e., fans not liking you and letting you know). Now I don't go in for the people that go ballistic with hatred on the Internet--that's just ridiculous; it is just a tv show after all. But some good old fashioned booing or cheering? Sure, why not?
I'll be interested to see how this whole rewind button thing works. Something tells me that someone will not be able to help themselves from pressing it. We'll see.
I've been watching this season with my 15-year-old dd. She still loves Frankie. She would like to see a final two of Frankie and Derrick and she thinks that Derrick deserves the win.
I told her that we need to get a hold of Big Brother season 6 because I think that's my favorite season (that's the one with Janelle, Howie, Kaiser, etc.).

omg, I'm afraid that button pressing MIGHT bring Christine back...!!!!!!!!! Am I the only one who can NOT stand the whiny quality of Victoria's voice? I was also LOL'ing when she says things like "I am a force to be reckoned with"......ARE YOU SERRRIOUS? ROFL!!!!!! I swear she is either dillusional OR the producers MAKE her say stupid things like that? Sooo glad it's on Tues and Weds this weeeeekkkk!!!!!! The Jeff and Jordan proposal was cute! I also wish they'd left the doggie there for the remaining houseguests to play with for a few hours! And I agree with you, Jackie, about the booing---I also felt a teeensy bit of sympathy for her, too! No matter what she did, and YES---we all know "it's a GAME", but still---that would be very hard to handle (okay, maybe not for EVERYONE!), but especially on live TV, and she had no way to know it would happen and/or prepare for it.....

The Team America challenge was hilarious. It was actually the best part of tonight's episode. During the POV comp, those compilations of house quests were freaky scary. I was so afraid Frankie would use the veto to put up Derrick. Of course, I guess it wouldn't have mattered because of the rewind. They are all realizing they should have gotten rid of Frankie instead of Nicole or Christine.

That was the funniest episode of Big Brother! The rat, Cody and Caleb goofing around and karate chopping the button and of course Victoria and her skewed view of herself. "Competition princess"..... uhhh, whaatttt?? My family and I were laughing at her comments and then I said I feel kind of bad for her because when she comes out of the house and sees how goofy she sounded and how she was really a non-player and more-so what America things of her, she is going to feel pretty dumb. My son said, "Probably not. She will still have no idea what's going on, just like now." He has a good point!! She is certainly not all that quick to catch on to what's going on around her, is she?

This was a good episode. Agree with everyone that the whole rat thing was funny and that Frankie did an AMAZING job selling it. Why did he have to end up being such a narcissistic asshole; the kid's got talent, charisma and humor to spare. My dd still love hims. It makes her sad that I'm not on the Frankie train all the way. Despite my growing dislike for him, I feel that if Derrick doesn't win (and he is definitely my pick to win) that Frankie should. The others have really been pretty useless. Frankie at least played the game hard.
I agree with you Angela about the karate chop thing. I lol through that whole thing. I kept asking my dd, how come you aren't laughing at this! I thought that part was funnier than the rat.
Can't wait to see how this whole rewind thing works. I think what will happen tonight is that Julie will announce that it's a rewind week. Christine will NOT come back, but Frankie will come down as HoH and his noms will come down as well. The HoH competition will start again and a new HoH will be named. A few things that I'm not sure about are will Derrick get to play (I'm thinking he won't) and will the whole rewind take place in one night or over the course of a week. Can't wait to find out and to see everyone at the jury house. It will be interesting to see how Christine is received and if she talks about the booing and what her reaction will be to that. It was funny to see how terrified Cody was after he heard that booing. He's afraid he's going to be hated too. Uh-oh!
So, do you think anyone else will get booed?

DS wonders if Victoria is saying all those Diary Room things tongue-in-cheek. I agree about Frankie. And isn't it interesting how CBS is starting to show a little bit of his *other* side that the live feed viewers get. ETA: Derrick is a master of playing to people's ego. Bowing down to Frankie and saying he's the greatest was hilarious. Especially since Frankie agrees with him.

I think she may have been. She seemed to be playing around a bit. She should be proud that she is in the final 5 though - no matter how she got there - she did it ! I am sure when she said "Derrick is the Robin to her Batman" that she was kind of playing around.

Can someone recap for me what happened in the last 15-20 minutes of the show? The last part of BB got pre-empted due to storm warning. The last think I saw was the buzzer went off and Julie told them she would explain what is happening.
Oh, and how about Christine's reception at the jury house? I was kind of glad. She was a jerk and it's about time she realized it. I watched her after-eviction interview with Jeff and she is clueless. When people (Jeff and the fans who sent questions in) kept asking why she didn't stay loyal to Nicole and why did she stabbed Nicole in the back, she seemed shocked. She kept repeating that Nicole stabbed her in the back first, that Nicole kept going to the guys and repeating everything Christine told her. Christine said she couldn't trust Nicole and she was happy to vote her out. BUT, then she went on to say she couldn't wait to see Nicole and Hayden in the jury house because they were such good friends. I don't think all was forgotten with Nicole and Hayden. I agree with Christine that was a VERY awkward entrance. She didn't look too happy when people were teasing her about dinosaur love and needing an attorney. Even Donny surprised me when he cheered when Christine said she got booed very loudly from the audience.
So, my question is, is it true that Nicole kept stabbing Christine in the back? I don't remember it that way, but I could be wrong. I thought Nicole kept trying to work Christine and Christine kept turning on her, basically letting the guys influence her completely.

Wowwww.......worst. episode. ever. (no conclusions, no nothin!!!) Jackie....are you talking about when the buzzer went off as Derrick was headed to cast his vote? Well, the whole week got rewound, so no one went home, Frankie is no longer HOH, and now they're back in the backyard doing that SEED competition again---ugh! (sans Derrick) and the show ended with Frankie in the lead.....oh, and Cody has to put on his dinosaur costume again My jaw hit the floor when Julie tried to get viewers to watch "The Talk" tomorrow when she puts her face in with spider(s) Good Grief....can you sayyy "LOW RATINGS!!!" ....SHARK HAS BEEN JUMPED!!!!!!!!! I had NO idea the show was about to end....then I hear Julie say "Goodnight, Houseguests...." .......WHAT? ?? This epi was not only the worst, but seeemed SO short.... Yes, Christine's entry to the Jury House was painful to watch!!!!!!!! I can't recall a colder/ worst reception in the past....!!! whoa..... missed "dinosaur love" and "needing an attorney" ....who said that???

oh, and Jackie....to make it even MORE pathetic, Julie asked people to tweet whether they want her to have ONE huge spider on her face, or several small ones.....(on her show "The Talk" tomorrow) are. you. kidding. me.

Julie also talked to Dan who is a huge Derrick fan and wants him to win. Hopefully they will have a different POV competition than the faces. Unfortunately I think Frankie will win HOH again and I fear he might put Derrick up. My DS and I were bored during the episode so we watched Dan's *funeral speech*. Most awesome speech ever on Big Brother. Absolutely classic.
ETA: Did y'all see the previews during BB for Couples Therapy? I had just been explaining to DS who Evil Dick is and a few seconds later the commercial came on and I yelled THERE HE IS!!! How weird is that??

Me too! That was more stupid than the ice bucket challenge they did. I'm watching Big Brother, not the Julie Chen show. I was hoping the rewind would allow Derrick to play in the HOH competition. I would sure hate if he went home. If he does get nominated hopefully he will win the POV. Re: Dan, I like him a lot and his game play was great, but, I have a hard time listening to him in interviews. He talks SO FAST that I feel like I'm watching something in high speed. He makes me feel anxious. I don't know how his brain and his voice can come together so quickly! haha

Thanks for the update scrappintoee, and yes, that was exactly where I got cut off--when Derrick was getting ready to open the door and cast his vote and the buzzer went off. I knew there was going to be a rewind, but I didn't know exactly how it would play out and how the HGs would react so I was bummed I missed that! As far as the two comments I mentioned from the jury house, Hayden was the one who asked Christine about "dinosaur love" and Donny (Donny of all people!) then asked her if she had an attorney! They all laughed at her but Christine did not laugh and looked very uncomfortable. It will be interesting to see if it gets any better for her in the jury house next week. I finally did get to go online and watch the last part of the show for myself. It was great to see Dan Gheesling. I loved him his season and I was glad he won. However, I do agree that the way he talks drives me crazy--the fast talking and yelling (he did that all the time in his diary room sessions and it drove me crazy--I still think loud Zach was trying to channel him). I also hated his funeral speech. I thought it was over-the-top ridiculous; I felt uncomfortable watching it and I couldn't believe a single person bought into it. But, I realize I am very much in the minority in my feelings. I love that he loves Derrick's game and wants him to win. I could see Dan appreciating his game because they are somewhat similar. And yes, the tie-in with with The Talk was stupid. I refuse to watch that show anyway since Holly and Leah left.
