I remember last year they went to Banff, don't know if that was just for a vacation, but I thought all the girls were there. I love Kaitlyn's fuchsia lipstick, anyone know what that might be? Why do the girls need to move to this hometown? What is holding him there? They really need to do a Bachelor where everyone is from the same state, that would make things so much more realistic, especially dating secretly after the show has finished filming. 1. Mac Flat Out Fabulous 2. He's not leaving because the farm is the family business and because he makes very good $$$$ doing it and he doesn't want to leave.

How hasn't Whitney's voice been mentioned. It sounds like baby talk and drives me nuts! I thought Jade was the best for him and I feel like her playboy spread really did hurt her chances no matter what Chris says. This, 1,000 percent! I can't imagine having to hear that voice every day, but voices are one of the first things I notice. It would be a deal breaker for me.

I mentioned her voice in one of the first threads posted on The Bachelor, I can't stand her voice at all it is like nails on a chalkboard and envisioning sex sounds from her is even worse. His laugh is super annoying too so maybe it is a match made in heaven.
Of those 3 women left Kaitlyn was the one I think best suited for him but honestly I doubt even she would have had staying power. Neither of the 2 left are going to move to his farm and he isn't going to leave the only occupation he knows especially if it is a successful one. Farming is usually in your blood it is hard to walk away from especially if you are successful at it and also if you are the only male in the family.

I can't see him giving up his farm. His father has a farm nearby and his bio says they run a 'multi million dollar' business. No way would he want to walk away from a business that is so successful (if the story is true). Not to mention it's part of his makeup. Personally you couldn't pay me enough to go to that dried up outpost, and I can't see any of those women sticking it out long term. He said the nearest cities are arprox 3hrs drive away. Lots of long day trips in his wife's future I'm betting. I thought a decent size city was an hour away? Maybe I heard that wrong.

I could be wrong, but I thought when he had the "Arlington" conversation with Whitney that he told her Chicago was 3.5hrs and some other place was 3hrs. But that could just be big towns / cities, because when the girls went on the unscheduled trip to see Arlington for themselves, one of the locals told them they had to travel 1 hour to the movies. Maybe there is a smaller town an hour away with basic stores / a movie theatre? But here's the thing... If you were planning on applying for a spot on the bachelor as one of the girls, as soon as you knew who the bachelor was wouldn't you google him and his hometown and decide upfront if you could handle it? Or do all these girls think love will conquer all, or worse.. That they will be able to persuade him to move after the deal is done? I think Britt was definitely in the "I will make him follow me" camp. Not sure about the remaining two, but Becca is a worry, and not because of the Virgin factor. She won't handle being that far away from her family.

I just googled Arlington Iowa and their website states they are 65 miles from Cedar Rapids Iowa. So a bit of a drive, but not too bad.
Out of the two left, I think Whitney is the better choice.

When Kaitlin was talking in the car as she left, I thought she was calmer than most we've seen on the show. Then, it hit me. She's going to be the next bachelorette. Even though Chris said Becca was passionate, I doubt if she slept with him. I think he'll propose to Whitney. I can't see her in his small town popping out babies. Maybe the show in 2 weeks will change my mind. Then, Yubon made a good point: I am 100% certain that Chris really doesn't care about finding a wife on this show, so it's a moot point. Especially with the news he is going to be on DWTS. BBM. Sean Lowe was on DWTS right after his season. He and Catherine are still married, happily it appears. Catherine was in the audience every show. He wasn't a great dancer, though.

I thought Jade was the best for him and I feel like her playboy spread really did hurt her chances no matter what Chris says. I agree. The look on his face said it all. There's no way he she could live in Arlington without being the subject of gossip in town for the rest of her life. I think Becca is a better fit for him and I hope he chooses her. He was on Ellen the other day and his response when asked to describe the girls was so much more complimentary for Becca than the one he gave for Whitney. I do think he chose Whitney, though, and that it will not last. Oh, yeah, and Whitney's voice drives me crazy but his laugh drives me crazy, too, so there's that.

I love Becca. I think she would be much easier to deal with on a long-term, every day basis than Whitney would. Whitney would drive me crazy in about two minutes.

I loved Becca for him but the fact that she seems so young and really inexperienced with relationships never mind the physical kind which really isn't an issue for me with that - but not knowing what kind of person she should be with she may not be mature enough to know if Chris' life is for her.
I do like Whitney and feel like she is a better pick for him. Becca and he are too much like, too quiet and Whitney brings him out of his shell so I think they are a good match for each other. Like they say opposites attract, sometimes someone too much like them is not a good idea. (Andi and Josh were exactly alike, as much as they seem perfect on paper I think they were way TOOO much alike!!)
