Joann is slowly getting colors in for the WRMK albums, which are currently on sale for 40% off with $2.99 shipping. Looks like it may have been a dock problem so kudos to whoever suggested that! chaosisapony you were right about the coral. i ordered 4 of them in 8.5 x 11 and ther is something a bit off about it. I have always stocked up on WRMK 8.5x11 albums at Joann's when they have a sale. I need some colors, and am shocked to see they have only 3 colors available! I went on amazon as my back up and while they do have the colors, the prices are high - like $25 and more. I remember times I paid like $10 each from Joanns. Are they being discontinued? Is the price going up on Amazon because they are hard to get now? Ebay was even worse. I used to use Hiller (KMA) when Michaels carried them, then they discontinued. I'm wondering if I should be stocking up even at the higher prices. |

Target has theirs on clearance too. Not a good sign I'm afraid.

I usually buy mine online at JoAnn's when they were 50% off. They never have the 12 x 12 in my local store.
I was really disappointed that Target seems to have stopped carrying them, too! I have purchased them often.
Scrapbook.com has them for $23.99 right now.
I scored a bunch of them at Tuesday Morning in December for $8!!! I bought them all.
ETA - now scrapbook.com seems to almost completely sold out, too. What the heck??? I can't imagine WRMK would actually discontinue their albums. They are so popular!

I'm getting concerned. Just tried to buy Buttercup 8.5x11 and the cheapest I could find it is $45 on amazon from 3 different sellers.

Maybe it has to do with AC buying them. They might just be introducing new colors but I agree--it's not a good sign.

Figures. Not too long ago I converted to WRMK albums because the ones I used in the past were no longer available. I prefer some consistency with my albums and I already have 4 different types. How am I ever going to get that HGTV high end designer look on my shelves when I keep having to switch albums?!  |

Maybe it is due to the dock problems on the Weest Coast. Maybe the albums are stuck in containers like so many other scrapbook supplies.

I hope it is just due to the dock problems. I didn't often buy from Joann's and never minded paying a higher price ($30 or so) to get the specific color I wanted since I only do one album per year. Last year I couldn't decide between coral or mint and eventually went coral. I was disappointed and wished I'd chosen mint. I told myself that it was fine I would just get mint this year. Guess what color isn't in stock anywhere for any price that I can find? Mint.
ETA: I just decided to check A Cherry On Top. I don't ever think to look for albums there. They have the mint ones! In my cart it shows this message: "One or more items (marked with an asterisk*) is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse in just a few days. We will ship your order out once it has arrived at our facility." So lets hope there have just been some shipping or manufacturing delays.

My friend owns a scrapbook store. They carry WRMK but I'm not sure what they have in stock (I don't scrapbook so I don't look at the albums). If I remember, I'll see what they have in stock tomorrow, if anyone is interested.

I use 11x8.5 black, & have not been able to get them for several months. The only thing I can think of to do is go back to the hobby lobby brand which is inferior.

I also just found 12x12 on All Scrapbook Steals. $22.99 for the mint! I did not look at 8 1/2 x 11 but maybe check there too before you place your order. What didn't I like about the coral? It's kind of hard to explain. Mainly I just don't find that the color looks anything like the pictures online. It is almost a neon tone and more orange than I expected. Most of the other albums I have (aqua, strawberry, plum, etc) have a nice depth to the color. They are saturated without appearing neon. The coral has no depth to the color at all. It's very flat. And neon. Very neon. I know none of that probably makes much sense, so in general I will just say that I don't think the pictures online are an accurate representation of the color the album actually is. |

I just bought the last two red ones at Target. I don't usually pay$13 for them, but know if they are being discontinued they will be way more soon.

I don't think they are being discontinued. WRMK is now owned by American Crafts and they are making all the new albums that Becky Higgins is releasing for Project Life. I have been waiting for WR to release an actual white album but they never did, the closest they got was vanilla. The new project life line finally has a white faux leather album and I can't wait to buy several. I have been impatiently waiting for this month to get here

Joann just put their albums on sale 50% off with $1.99 shipping. Since I need 8.5 x 11 there are only 2 colors available - cobalt and plum.
But if you use other albums that Joann sells you may be lucky!

I just went to one of my Targets today, and they had 3 albums left...2 small and 1 12x12 in red.  I will look at 2 more tomorrow. I'm hoping to find kiwi and aqua. |

I stopped by Target this morning before I went to work and was able to find 4 12 x 12 WRMK albums on clearance. They were $10.00 and was able to get 1 red and 3 mint.

Thanks for heads up! I love the WRMK albums, and don't think the Project Life is same quality. I found the Greige color on Joann's in 8.5x11. Also picked up a 12x12 cinnamon, which is my usual. I like the neutrals. If you end up spending $60 and have the Joann's app, there is a code for free shipping! Was easy to add to cart with some new stuff from Amy Tan!

I haven't had a chance to check with my friend yet. Sunday I ended up doing family stuff, they weren't opened yesterday, and today I got busy with my work at home job. Hopefully, I'll remember to call tomorrow to see what they have.

That is the album I use  I would bet that since they were purchased that they were rebranding the products. Sizzix did it years ago when they were with somebody (Ellison maybe) after they changed they took all theie good merchandise & put it on clearance for very low prices at this time. They said they were still having everything but everything would all be in the same name and packaging |

I carry all of the WeR leather 12x12 colors at my store. I don't carry many of the 8.5 x 11 other than black, brown and red because it's not a very popular album size. If you are having trouble locating a specific color in the 8x11 I'd be happy to special order them in for you! Just shoot me a message here, or email me from the store website.

I was in Michaels the other day and noticed they are carrying Recollections albums that now look like WeRMemory Keepers albums. Has anyone else seen them? Also I saw on a Video from CHA that Becky Higgins albums are now going to be manufactured by WeR so I doubt they are discontinuing.
