I went shopping yesterday with a friend and we bought a bunch of things for a scrapbooking gift basket we're donating to an upcoming benefit. Of course I couldn't resist picking up a couple of things for myself...some Tim Holtz word bands and a roll of travel-themed washi tape.

I made a return trip today to Joann's to pick up a few more fiskars punches and spellbinders dies. Trying to rebuild my stash. I think I am done. For now.

I have been holding back for the past three months in preparation for a scrapping store road trip I am taking with some girl friends. We are hitting up 25 stores in the next three weeks starting this Saturday. I did get my monthly Citrus Twist kit today and have been spending my SIL subscription credits. Wow that sounds like fun but dangerous. I can't imagine visiting that many in three weeks. I remember going to Creative Escape in AZ years ago and hitting all the stores there and I did some major damage but no where near that many stores. I hope you have a blast. I just went to Tuesday Morning and grabbed a couple of paper pads and felt guilty as I need more paper like another hole in my head but one was a HS collection that I have always liked another was travel that looked cute and the Sketches by Amy Tangerine - they also had a Shimelle collection but I didn't see enough pages that I would actually use to make it worth while - the colors looked off as well. |

I went to Joann today with a 25% off purchase coupon and scrapbook stuff 50% off. They only have like 2 tiny aisles of stuff and it is so pitiful. But I spent $12 on a 12x12 album, some letter stickers, a pack of brown cardstock and 2 spools of ribbon.

I went to Joann's on Saturday and came home with (2) Fiskars Punches - 1" circle and XL star, Teresa Collins (pink!)mixed media scissors,(2)Teresa Collins mini alpha stickers (black, white); Tim Holtz Idea-ology Index Labels(2), Letter Labels, Chitchat. The 50% off sale was in effect and I used the additional 25% off coupon to keep the total price under $30.
Most of the new Heidi Swapp items were either sold out or had not yet arrived so I didn't bring home any of it.

JoAnn's sale at 50% off and the additional 25% Friends and Family sale was really dangerous for me this weekend! Found lots of stuff I didn't need but had to have! Also preordered Tim's color for April - expecting March's the first week or so of April! |

Since I just recently purchased an Explore, I've bought a few odds and ends so I can start playing and learning about cutting and printing.
I should receive the Pilot 5v pens I ordered from Amazon today. I hope the work as well as I've been told!

I have been staying away from the stores recently but have been buying quite a few second hand stamp sets off a facebook group. I recently got the stampin up banner blast set, one of the cricut CTMH sets and a few basic grey and papertrey ink ones.
More interested in getting stamps and consumables like ink lately than embellishments and paper.

I bought:
A new set of Gelatos-the new pastel set, came with 12 colours and I don't think I had any of them!So pretty!
A huge tube of Liquetex gold acrylic paint...it was on sale!
Faber Castel gold texture paste...it's GOLD!
And just previous to that stuff Studio Calico March kit Odyssey stuff...I needed some more outdoorsy and masculine stuff for some pics I want to scrap.
