IT Cosmetics...voted top eyeliner on QVC this year. It's excellent and very easy to use as it's a gel. Stays on very well. I'll never use another pencil that needs to be sharpened.

I'm pathetic at applying eyeliner, eyes are too terry with allergies. So I went for permanent make up. No regrets.

The gel eyeliner in a pot is the type that you need. It takes a little practice to put on, but that type of product does not smear and generally wears like iron. I have the Bobbi Brown, but TBH, I also have one of the Maybelline kind, and it wears equally well. Which maybelline kind? Thanks It's their gel formula, in a little pot with a black lid. I'm not sure what the product is called but it should be easy to find.

I had the same problem. I feel like I have to have to use liner, as my eyelids are getting more hooded as I get older. Regardless of what primer, liner, shadow, setting powder, or anything else that I used, everything smudged and never lasted throughout the day. I finally bit the bullet and got permanent liner (tattooed liner). It was the best money I've spent on myself in a long time!!

Maybelline ultra waterproof liquid eyeliner. It's the only one I can find that will stay on my watery eyes.
