I keep rubbing it, trying to make it relax. Not working.
What helps make facial twitches go away for you?

drink water. You're probably dehydrated.

I've eaten a banana a day for the last 3 days. How many must I consume? freebird I can focus on chugging more water, but I've already refilled 24 ounces (2 -12 oz cups) this morning?

More sleep. If I get a twitch I know I need more sleep!

There is not really anything you can do for them. It is a muscle spasm.

I have never had a twitch in my eyebrow but do get them in my eye lid now and again. Mine are usually stress related. Nothing I do will relieve it, they go away by themselves after a few hours.

Any eye area twitches for me are either too much computer/iPhone and/or not enough sleep.

sleep sounds like a logical reason too.

It's always too much stress and not enough sleep that causes mine to twitch. If I'm able to I take a cat nap.

There ya go, take a Zertec, eat a banana, drink a glass of water then go to sleep. That should do it. I used to have those too and it does seem like it was when I wasn't aware of how much water I consumed. So maybe it's your face's way of trying to get your attention to hydrate it.

My left eye twitched for a year. So annoying. I don't know why it started or why it stopped! I hope yours goes away quickly.

I get them sometimes when I pluck my brows. Usually only lasts an hour, if I rub it. <---That's what she said.

no kidding. I had one student, whom I loved, honestly, that drove me nuts. She was so freaking high maintenance! On days that she was absent, no twitching. On the days that she came into the room all hyped up, immediate twitching.
One day, during the first week of school, probably seven months since she was last in my room, she came down the hallway. I heard her squealing to a friend but the voice didn't register at first. My eyebrow started twitching, I wondered about it for a second, and she came over for a hug. LOL.
So I'm guessing that stress might have something to do with it.

More sleep, less computer time and no caffeine. My last twitch lasted for weeks. When I stopped drinking D Cokes, my eye stopped twitching.
