I am so very sorry. It's such a horrible thing to have to go through. To love a cat for that long is a special thing - and to be loved by a cat in return is priceless.

I am sorry for Mulder's passing. Please know he is waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge to take him to heaven with you. You will be together forever. That doesn't take the pain away but knowing he will be your's eternally is comforting.  |

I'm so sorry. I hope you take comfort in knowing that you did the right thing by ending his pain. I know what it's like to lose a cat that you've had for years and loved.
There's something special about being loved by a cat. They don't have to be close to you, so it's so special to have a close bond with such a magnificent, independent animal.
