DH had a broker's tour for a new listing yesterday. Served cheescake ~ that giant one from Costco that serves hundreds. Okay slight exaggeration. Anyway, every agent must be on a diet because he brought about 2/3 of said cheesecake home. So now WE'RE going to be forced to eat it. I've gained 3 pounds just looking at it.

Well, if it were me, I'd lock the doors, turn on a good movie, smoke a doobie and then eat the entire thing in one long sitting.

Its a beautiful day outside - warm, no wind. But my husband's allergies are raging today. So we are stuck inside.

I'm hungry but I'm too lazy to cook something to eat. I'm also too lazy to drive the .5 of a mile to the store to buy something to eat. I've been sitting on the computer for 39 minutes thinking about how hungry I am.

I have barely moved from the couch all day and it's almost 5 pm here. I did clean up the kitchen, but never made it to that front closet. I'll put on some coffee, and you bring the cheesecake. We'll all sit around the table Golden Girls style and chat.

Yeah, I'm still here too. No income tax done. I've gone from the table, to the couch and now I'm lying on my bed, still playing on my iPad. I was feeling guilty until I remembered that I am retired. Screw doing anything productive!

I didn't get any dipping sauce with my McDonald's Chicken Select Tenders in the drive-thru.

I once again have misplaced DH's 1099-R. This has happened every single year (10) since he retired from Active Duty. Apparently I need a new system.

My BF worked 12 hrs today. Came here after work, ate then went to take a nap. Almost 4 hours ago. I'm going to bed mad cause he's still sleeping and we haven't spent any time together.

I've been sitting on the computer for 39 minutes thinking about how hungry I am. I was too but I finally worked up enough energy to make some toast. Adding my problem, even though my house is a toasty 71, my feet are freezing. I have on wool socks and insulated slippers but they are like ice. I am considering going to bed and turning on the heated mattress pad just to get them warm. Nobody knows the troubles I've seen, nobody knows my sorrow.

Glad that my DH didn't bring that home. I gave up sugar for Lent! You'd have to tie me down not to eat any, lol. My first world problem is that I have to help DD sell Girl Scout cookies during the Gonzaga game tomorrow! I think it's going to kill our sales:( but Go Zags!

I am feeling a bit guilty that my daughter' tuition could help my cousin. I keep reminding myself that she has been help through multiple failures and she seems never to learn from them.

My DH bought me a Fitbit Charge for Christmas but I wanted the Charge HR. We returned it and I have waited patiently for the HR to hit stores. I finally got one yesterday and it is terribly uncomfortable to wear so it is going back to the store (which is an hour drive away). Now I'm back on the Fitbit hunt to replace my Flex.

Walking to my car the other day I fell after several days of no sleep. Hand is still black and blue, swollen, can't write and hurts like a SOB. I got x-rays done and they show nothing is broken. Dr. on call thinks there may be fractures that the x-ray didn't show and go get a CT scan STAT.
This is a first world problem as a) I have a doctor, b) I have a car, c) I went to the ER and got free medical treatment including seeing a very handsome, young Aussie ER doctor named "Gavin" as he introduced and wished to be called, and d) need to go back for an expensive but free CT scan to rule out broken fingers.
(You didn't ask if I felt like an idiot falling in a parking lot...that would be 1+)

Our neighbors pray for us. I wish they would stop before they pray us to death.
Every time they pray for us , things get worse.
Daughter had a rash, they prayed for her to get better she got a whole lot worse with the rash covering her entire body.
They blessed the car I just bought and as soon as they did the check engine light came on.
The list is long. We are avoiding them right now because we have coughs ( from getting over our colds) Husband is afraid that if they pray for us , he will develop some rare lung disease.

actually a long running first world problem has just resolved itself. DD, age 12, is teeny tiny. She wears a size 8 in jeans, and until recently a size 2 in kids' shoes - which translates to a size 3.5-4 in women's - which does not exist. She does not like sparkles, or pink, or busy patterns, which has made finding shoes for her very difficult. Latest growth spurt she is now in a 3.5-4 in kids' shoes, which is a 5-5.5 in women's shoes - hard to find, but it exists. We bought her first pair of shoes from the women's department yesterday cork wedge sole, tan clothe uppers - no sparkles, no shine. She is a very happy girl.

I tried to dye my nonexistent eyebrows. I'm tired of having to draw on eyebrows daily. It didn't take. Sigh. Thanks for the lack of eyebrows, dad.

When I was in 8th grade my sister grabbed the tweezers and plucked the heck out of the *middle*. I wish they had had brow bars back then. I could have done with a good shaping. Mine are thinning now with the errant inch long stragglers that poke out in all directions.
