Ohhhh for the love of carbs. CARBS! Especially French bread, artisanal bread, 12 grain bread, any kind of bread except Wonder bread. And cake. And cookies. And donuts. And crackers. And bagels. Yes, I have a problem with carbs. No matter how hard I try to resist, they just call my name.

I LOVE shopping.
I love clothes and jewelry and shoes and purses. I love makeup and nail polish. I love decorating my house.
I've taught my kids to love shopping and I love buying them clothes and toys.
It's a problem.

Carbs.... I broke myself of them oh in another life time.... I need to again. I've gained every ounce back, I feel like crap and I know its all about the carbs. I need an intervention!
Diet Mountain Dew, Coffee, and Wine. Just depends on the time of day... I used to be a water exclusive drinker... Now I have to work at remembering to drink it 'sometimes'!
Oh and I buy Scrapbooking supplies like crazy, but never actually scrapbook!

Stay up late reading my tablet in bed, it's the only time of day I truly get to myself and though my body is telling me to sleep I ignore it. Wear uncomfortable shoes because they're pretty. Squeeze spots, I always, always regret it when my skins a mess  Buy things I don't need. I believe the hype on beauty products!

Junk food, take aspirin/ibuprophen (only recommended for tylenol), snack after 8 pm, lots of work related stuff that I know better but do anyway. In fact, much of what I do if I really think about it I shouldn't do.

If it makes you feel any better, I don't think diet is really any better for you with all the artificial crap in it.
For me, I eat too much sugary and/or processed foods. Everyday is a struggle for me. It seems like the more I try not to do it, the worse i crave it.

Drink beer regularly Too much chocolate Days where I eat more junk food, fast food, processed food than healthy choices Spend too much money Waste time on the computer/phone instead of actually working on my crafts. My inventory would be huge if I would quit putting it off. Despite all this, I'm gonna be that 96 year old Grandma giving my 15 year old great-grandson sex advice (which is what my Grandma did!)

A sweet customer bought the dress I was going to buy in my size. I was secretly relieved. It was very cute on her! Purses, scarves, dresses, sweaters, blouses, omg where does it end?

That is me! And I know I will be dragging in the morning for work but I love the quiet time too. Of course then I also snack during that time way too much. Going to bed earlier would really help me in a lot of ways.

I spend too much time playing games on my tablet and surfing the internet. I also drink coffee..... I mean I drink coffee all day if I could.... I love coffee.... the worst part of coffee is the creamer..... I hate black coffee but I love it with vanilla creamer...

Junk food of just about any kind is my huge downfall. I am also irresponsible when it comes to expendable income. I use it to buy scrapbook supplies and yet I only scrap about two to three times a year.

When I was pregnant, I ate lunch meat. Specifically, subs from Publix. And I didn't want to be known as the crazy pregnant lady who craved subs, so for the last 3 weeks or so, I'd rotate between 3-5 different stores in the area.
