"Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. Almond Joy's got nuts, Mounds don't. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't!" My brother named his cat Mounds. He was a rescue who had already been neutered when they found him, thus no nuts. I always expect people to get the joke, but I wonder how many understand when my brother explains the cat's name by saying "Almond Joy's got nuts..." and then just leaves it at that.

Not from when I was a kid, but maybe in my 20's.
"Help! I've fallen! And I can't get up!" It was an ad for one of those Life Alert necklace companies that totally took on a life of its own with all of the parodies that came after it!

The bunny that is making chicken "bach, bach, bach, bach" noises as his nose wiggles. It was for Cadbury eggs. Do they still show that one? I remember 95% of the ones listed too. Why does that stuff stick in my brain?! I haven't seen that one in a few years. Why is it I can remember all of this silly stuff, but not the important stuff???

My brother and I were just kids and used to sing it at the top of lungs. How funny!

I loved all the ones with songs...Plop, plop, fizz, fizz; and The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup; and the Oscar Mayer song; and I'd like to buy the world a Coke; etc., etc. Oh, and there was a McDonald's one with a song, too. Besides the song ones, I remember Mikey & his Life cereal, "Where's the Beef?!?", "Time to make the donuts", and so, so mnay more. Commercials were so much fun back then.

Taste me Taste me - I think was Doral You've never had it so Kool - Kool
Also one for mens after shave where the woman says - what's that crazy after shave you're wearing, then you see a man being chased by a mob of women. hahahaha

I love him too! He is going to be here in Phoenix to do a concert sometime this year, and I would LOVE to go, but my BF would not be caught dead at a Barry Manilow concert--

"Are you gonna eat that pickle?" Vlasic pickles There was one that drove me nuts, but now I can't remember the product name. It was shampoo and the girl had long hair and it went something like..."and she'll tell two friends and they'll tell two friends..." Maybe it was Breck. I always loved Pillsbury with Poppin Fresh

"Gee your hair smells terrific!..." It was a jingle but I don't know the rest of the words. The only reason I know that is because my Dad would always since in the shower, "Gee your hair smells terrific, but your breath could kill a horse!" Ah, good times.

I love seeing the memories that other people have. There are a couple of commercials that I remember from when I was really young. One was for Doan's Pills. When I did a search I was surprised to see they were still being advertised in the '90s. Maybe they're still around. This is the packaging that I remember being advertised.
The other one is Janitor in a Drum. I can't find the old commercial but it looks like it's still being sold.
Others not quite as old:
Raid... Kills bugs dead
The coffee commercial with the couple that played out almost like a soap opera over several commercials. I don't think you ever saw their faces. Was it for Taster's Choice?
You got chocolate in my peanut butter... You got peanut butter on my chocolate.
