We were just car shopping and everything had a spare. Don't people look at that when shopping?? We ended up getting our son a 2015 Honda Civic and it has a spare in the trunk. My 2014 Infiniti has an underbody mounted one like my Volvo used to have.

My 2014 Infiniti has an underbody mounted one like my Volvo used to have. I too just got a 2015 Honda Civic and honestly, I never thought to even question whether or not there was a spare tire. I assumed there would at least be a donut. The only way I would even question it is if I had run flat tires.
Now that I know that many auto makers don't include a spare, in the future, I will ask. (although since I just got the Civic...it's probably going to be at least 10 or 15 yrs until I get another new car)
