If like me you love Freckled Fawn embellishments this may interest you...
they are having a sale this weekend on past kits some up to 50% off.
I used to sub to FF and I love them, but I found the postage high for just a pack of embellishments per month, so I stopped my sub. Now I can catch some of the older kits super cheap, yay! Just thought I would pass this along to the Refupeas!

Thanks for sharing! I just bought Nov and Jan. I haven't bought their kits before since they aren't quite my usual style (although they are very cute and well-designed) but I look forward to having some different embellishments at that price! Especially leading up to NSD.

Thank you!!! I won a gift card to their shop at a charity crop, so I was really able to maximize my $. I bought the Jan. 2015 kit, a wooden birthday banner that is going to be the finishing touch to a page I'm working on and ... A blooper kit for $5!!! Did y'all see those under the kit sale tab? It says: You will receive 12-20 products. Each product is slightly damaged but can still be used and enjoyed. Note: If you purchase more than one bundle, you will receive duplicates. Note: Availability dependent upon supplies. Example: a sticker sheet with an edge or a few stickerS bent while the rest is usable. Example: a set of wood chips that have one or two pieces scratched/broken while the rest are usable. I figured it was worth the risk for $5 when their stuff is so cute. @shell29 I don't think you will be disappointed, their embellishments are top quality and fun! Maybe you can use the stuff for NSD challenges and start thinking outside the box. alissa103 yep I bought a blooper kit too! I LOVE FF stuff so well made and unique. Sometimes I get tired of how much looks the same these days since AC owns most of the major SB companies now. I got the October, November and February kits. I am still considering April as it is ADORABLE! |

Two questions for anyone who knows
Are their zipper bags a decently quality? Not like Target/Michaels $1 stuff with a super cheap zipper? This is not dependant on my purchase, but was interested in knowing.
And....Did they drop prices on the kits? I noticed the April kit is $26.99, but it appears to have less items in it.

The bags are pretty good really. You could use them for makeup or whatever after you are done with them for kits. They removed the stamp sets from the monthly kit, it is now an add-on purchase. They dropped the price $8.00 accordingly. I think this was wise on their part as the kits are spendy and if you don't love the stamps or don't stamp at all you don't have to get them anymore.

Postage for my order was around $25, but that was a pretty large order. If you just get 1 kit it was something like $14. I try to buy a bunch at once to mitigate the shipping costs. I really, really love FF stuff, so I can't help myself and the 50% kits were a steal.

I ordered two blooper bags.... I subscribe and my kids LOVE when the kit comes but I try to keep them away from my nice /new supplies. My theory is that if i have duplicates, I will have happy kids for $5!

Update: the sale is over now...what did you end up getting? They will be starting packing and shipping Monday.
I was naughty and ended up adding to my original order so I got:
October kit
November kit
February kit
April kit (not on sale, but I LOVED every bit of it and I was ordering anyway). Those yellow puffy stickers?! ...dies...
I also got: foil labels

white and grey glitter clouds They had me at cloud...

blooper bundle
I know it sounds like loads, but I haven't ordered from them in a YEAR. As i said I prefer to order from them in a big bunch and then not again for quite awhile.

My tracking number took a few days to show any activity. Finally it said the package had been picked up and the last I saw was it leaving Salt Lake City. It has a delivery date of tomorrow (Friday), but I kind of doubt it will actually arrive then because there haven't been any other updates. And it will go though the Nashville sorting facility and THEN to my local P.O., so that will take an extra few hours as well.
I will for sure post a pic when it comes!
