Long-time lurker, never posted. Married 26 years to my wonderful (albeit sometimes frustrating!) husband, mom to 3 girls aged 24, 22, and 18. Work part-time as an accountant. I enjoy reading, tv, and spending time with my family! Trying to break the lurker habit by posting this!

I'm Angie. I'm more of a lurker but have been around for 12 yrs. I am a 41 yr old divorced mother of one spoiled rotten girl. I love scrapping when I have time. I am a hairdresser and own my own salon. My daughter is into 4-H shooting sports, so that takes up a lot of free time.
I love home decorating and really anything crafty. I am gonna try to me a more active poster on this board.

No! Post something, even if you make it all up! LOL After lurking for so long, I still feel very left behind because I recognize so many names yet no one knows mine. Awe! You're not alone - I feel the same way - no one knows me/my name either but that's my own fault - I need to post more! So, introductions - Hi Pixelated! I'm Ingrid

Hi! I was a lurker for almost 10 years. I think I may have posted once or twice during that time. I am a Navy Wife and proud mom of 2 kids. My son is 16 and my daughter will be 12 in August. My husband will be retiring from the Navy in January. We will be starting a new adventure. Hopefully he will be able to find a job relatively quickly and easily. I work as a paraprofessional in junior high. I was almost lost the other day when I saw that two peas had closed the boards. I couldn't imagine how I would learn about new shows, books, and other great ideas. Glad I happened to find this site!

Hi all - I think I only posted a few times on the old boards even though I checked in several times a week. With the new board, I thought I'd try to overcome my strong introvert tendencies and actually post a little. I'm married with an 18 month old who we adopted from the Marshall Islands when she was 7 weeks old and have a dog. Other than that, I love gardening of all kinds and am very interested in sustainable food systems. I live a pretty drama-free, mundane life - that's why I loved the NSBR!

I lurked more then I posted. Married with 3 girls ages 17, 15 and almost 13. I live just outside of St. Louis for 3 more weeks and then we are moving to a small town in Arkansas due to my husband's job. We raise bird dogs and participate in dog trials around the country. I am looking forward to posting more and being more active here.

I have lurked for more years than I can remember. I checked in at Two Peas daily and my family knew it was my go-to site. For years prior, I was a regular at Scrapbook.com but stopped going there when things got crazy a number of years ago. I have a husband and twin daughters who are the focus of my scrapping. I have always love the knowledge that I gained by reading Two Peas and hope that I will continue to learn here at this site. I'm so glad that I found it and am apart of it.

Is someone here designated to keep the spreadsheet? LOL! I am over 50 but under 60, (I can't believe it) I have one grown son and have been married for 34 years! I still scrapbook, I sew, garden and love to cook and bake. I work full time and am guilty of peaing from work but since I am a part owner and supervisor, whose gonna scold me! I get my work done so I don't feel guilty.

Another lurker here. I would post occasionally looking for suggestions/help with something. I just turned 40 and have two boys who run me ragged. I hope to post more, but we shall see.

I'm a 40-something single mom to a 17 yo ds and a 20 yo dd, as well as 2 dogs and a cat. I love to read, make my own jewelry, and occasionally I do scrapbook-like activities. I'm going to online graduate school full time working on a Masters in Human Services Counseling and am starting a new job next month the day before my birthday. I hope I can still find time to Pea. I lurked daily on 2Peas for over 14 years.

I was more of a lurker than a talkative Pea...lol....my name was ~toby~ and was a member since 2005. But I am an avid scrapbooker with way too many supplies. I am 48 and have 3 awesome kids and one cutie Granddaughter. I live in a small town in Missouri and am an assistant supervisor in a factory. I also sew and Pin way too much stuff!!!

I have been around on 2peas since close to the beginning. I mostly lurked there for some reason. My name is Kim, I've been married to my HS sweetheart for 27 years. I have 2 daughters 21 & 25. I still scrapbook but mostly all digi. I work as a paraprofessional in a high school with sp-ed students. I totally love my job. Even after being attacked by a student 5 years ago which left me with 4 skull fractures, a bleed in my brain and a neck injury. After a year of physical, speech, and PTSD therapies I was able to go back to work. I love my students! I have recently lost 150 pounds after having gastric bypass surgery. I am at a place in my life where I have never been happier.

I lurked for about 12 years. After several years of lurking, I thought about registering and replying to threads, but thought people would think I was a troll, so I never did. I'm in my 50's, married, with two adult children.

I lurked for 4 years, rarely posted but read the boards daily - sometimes more than once a day 8-)I learnt so much from the Peas - it is nice to learn about life and opinions the other side of the pond
I had a health scare at the very end of last year with surgery in January and my last chemotherapy in the middle of June - the boards kept me going through this period and when they shut I realised how much I missed reading about everyone and deeply regretted not posting more - I was sooooo happy to find the peas here - I will post more regularly.
I live in Wales, UK and am in my early 50's, married for almost 23 years, no children but lots of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews to keep me busy.
I have loved reading about everyone else on this thread thanks everyone for sharing

Also a lurker. I posted sporadically, and frequently typed posts that I then deleted without sending. I'm 37, widowed, remarried, with a kitty whom I adore. I stay really busy - I garden, my DH and I have cows and chickens, I have a greenhouse (that's my happy place - go watch plants grow). I try to scrapbook a little - mostly making books in shutterfly these days, and scanning all my layouts and putting them in shutterfly books. Even though I didn't post much, 2Peas was always open in my browser and I read daily. It was my time-suck. I was momentarily frozen when I saw the boards closed. I was a little slow on the uptake though - I just thought the boards were really slow. I'd have been here much sooner if I had snapped to it. When I realized it though, I knew that someone would have something set up already and started searching to find it. I had seen the "what if the board closes" threads.

I've lurked and rarely posted for the past 10 years. Always felt so alone, although of course that was my own fault for staying on the sidelines. Like so many here, I couldn't belive how devastated I felt when I thought 2Peas might be over. It didn't take me too long to find the new site and I now have a new resolve to jump in more often instead of lurking.
I live just south of Atlanta. I'm 50 years old and happily married. I've worked as a school media specialist for 20 years and I LOVE my job. Looking forward to tomorrow's reading post; it's always my favorite of the week.

Lucky you Sparki! We were recently in New Mexico for vacation and loved it (Red River and Taos). I'm guessing you don't miss our forcast today: 90 degrees and plenty of humidity. I know it's toasty out your way too. I love your picture; it reminds me of our trip that way.

Many years ago, I was active on the GS board, especially back when they had the class board, which I participated in many of those. I always lurked on the NSBR board, maybe posted once or twice. Left because life got too crazy and then came back a couple months ago when I started to get the itch to scrap again & had more time, but mostly just lurked. I'm a stay at home mom to 2 kids, been married to my HS sweetheart for 17 years, and as you can tell by my signature, a proud Navy wife

Early 50s, married, kids, job, Fiesta lover I found two peas back in 1999 or 2000 through a coupon board I used to frequent. It had an NSBR type forum. I registered way back then with an overly complicated, stupid name. Didn't post often and then just got busy with kids and life and stopped checking in frequently. When I checked back in a few years later, my account was gone. I still didn't re-register for quite some time but then 5 years ago, I jumped back in. Still only had about 1300 posts as of last week. I often find myself typing out a response and then deleting it before I hit enter. I've always enjoyed and admired some of the witty women at 2Ps. Some of y'all are truly funny people! I learned a lot there over the years and felt a pang of panic and sadness at its demise. So, I'm really happy to be here, hope it lasts and is successful but I probably won't post more often than I did at NSBR.
