I will never understand why anyone even wastes time giving these kind of people attention. It just encourages the batshittery. Because everyone needs a good "what the fuck are you kidding me" laugh every now and then. Not to mention, when they get this attention we find out who the bat shit crazy people are. |

Adding it to my vocabulary immediately. It has just replaced "dumbass" as my new favorite word. The possibilities are endless. ETA: Who else but the Peas could read that ridiculous diatribe and instantly know that "batshittery" was the only nugget worth talking about?  So true. Loving the new word. I wish that there was a list of words that I have learned here. Like craptastic. Still using that one. My Kids don't really like when I use pea words . Lol here's another to annoy them with. |

Where does it say in the article that this person has diagnosed mental issues? Just because one says or does crazy things does not make them mentally ill. It makes them hilarious in an eyerolly kind of way. |

I don't think, in this type of scenario, that calling someone nuts or batshit crazy is laughing at mental illness or suggestion that someone has a proper medically diagnosed mental illness. It's just slang for someone who is maybe, eccentric.
