First off, the French Vanilla Ice Cream I made yesterday was absolutely divine! Everyone loved it and my 13 year old grandson texted me later to tell me he was craving it again already ![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/MSZirfLXsDTg15EDMD9C.jpg) I've had a major migraine for the last 2-1/2 days so I've been mostly laying down today under the influence of pain meds. I'm trying to avoid the ER but I may have to give up and go in later I'll raid the fridge for leftover tacos and rice if I get hungry? What's on your menu tonight?

We are hopefully meeting dear friends for dinner either tonight or tomorrow night. They are moving. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/mYSUyHtG9Jrcmm_ydVcK.jpg) Sadness. The other night, we will have salmon with a sour cream and dill sauce, baked potatoes and broccoli. Lisa

akathy I am so sorry to hear you are dealing with migraines. I have only had a handful in my lifetime and they were debilitating. I hope you are feeling better soon without needing a trip to the ER.
Tonight it is BLT's and pasta salad.

In an effort to cook something all four of us will eat ... because we all know that rarely happens ... I'm making beef tortellini with a roasted garlic red sauce ... yum! And no, none of it is homemade ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/images/OrTI4SBmZ2ZYSFv6ag4f.jpg)

I'm sorry you're not feeling well, Kathy, I hope you get some relief.
Tonght we are having pasta carbonara with a salad. Instead of making it with bacon I am making it with pancetta.

Poor akathy, migraines are the worst! Get some rest and get better quick! Tonight I am making chicken wings, roasted corn on the cob, potato salad and a blackberry coffee cake. I don't usually make chicken wings, but it's my husband's birthday month and I am spoiling him rotten by making his favorite foods.

akathy, I'm sorry that you're having migraines. Hope you can get relief w/o the ER, but do go if you are in pain. I was rear ended this am and am very sore, though it was a minor little thing. So, it's Chinese take-out. Today is all about my heating pad.

Cincinnati chili style 3 ways... spaghetti, with a layer of Cincinnati style chili over it, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and oyster crackers! DD#1 isn't a fan, so I'll have to find her something else to eat, but it's DD#2's favorite!

I'm making pork chops and green beans. I was planning to also make mashed potatoes, but it's raining and I don't want to go to the store.

I cooked a boneless skinless chicken breast and let it cool and then sliced it and put it in gravy. I also made a pan of stuffing and I think I will have corn niblets with it.
I know I had chicken last night but that's the way it goes some times.
