In no particular order: chocolate pie, key lime pie and calamondin pie. All my favorites. Interestingly, they all have whip cream in common.

Coconut custard, key lime and cherry are great! I also made a yummy apple pie recently... and I am not a great baker, so the fact that the recipe I used actually turned out edible ranks it right up there!

Chocolate cream pie from Baker's Square. I was eating it when Baker's Square was still called Poppin' Fresh! They don't have it on their menu anymore.

Saskatoon berry--but only homemade, and only if the filling is just berries, sugar and a little butter and flour--if it's a goopy and syrupy version, I'm out! My second favourite is apple made with the apple pie filling I make up each fall with apples from our tree--the apples are good fresh into a pie, but amazing in filling

I do like a deep dish apple pie with sour cream and "stuff". I only had it once, but it was very good!

I love fruit pies. Which one depends on the day and my mood, but apple, blueberry, cherry, strawberry-rhubarb, etc., etc. I love them all.
You can keep the chocolate, coconut cream, etc.

You could just eat the inside and not the pie shell right? I don't really like pastry (weird I know...see cake thread) but I do like pie filling. Whipped cream makes everything better. You are speaking my language!!! I'm not a huge pie crust fan..but there should be an equal whipped cream to pie filling ratio

Lemon Meringue, but only if it is my recipe (passed on from my mom). When made with super fresh eggs there is NOTHING better IMO. Would you share your recipe? If not, I won't be offended.

I love pie more than cake. My favorite is mincemeat but I like almost all of them except pumpkin.

Strawberry rhubarb is my favorite. The only pies I don't like are mincemeat and shoo fly.

My Mamaw Marlow's chocolate pie. She's gone now - and my mother says I make it better than Mamaw did. Best compliment I've ever had!

My favorite is Lemon Meringue. Me too! It's my "signature dish" (isn't that a silly term??). Lemon Meringue, but only if it is my recipe (passed on from my mom). When made with super fresh eggs there is NOTHING better IMO. I'm like that too. I never order it at a restaurant because it is NEVER as good as the one I make myself. Mine is from an old recipe book of my mum's, probably from the 70s. I'd be really interested to see how similar our 2 recipes are.

Key Lime and Rhubarb. That's 2 different pies! And no strawberries in my rhubarb pie.

I make a mean Million Dollar Strawberry Pie and also a tasty Lemon Supreme that I love. Those are my go-to pies because I like eating them. I have tweaked a few recipes for both of those to get them the way I like them, and whenever I bring a pie somewhere the plate always comes home empty so I must be doing something right!
I have to have pecan pie at Thanksgiving which means I have to always make two pies. I make a pumpkin pie for DH and DD which I won't eat a single bite of, and a pecan pie that I usually get two pieces of and they Hoover the rest.
My brother makes delicious fruit and berry pies too! Yum!

pecan, strawberry rhubarb, or caramel apple crumble pie
not a huge fan of pie crust here either. I'll eat the pastry on the bottom but not the stuff left at the end

Isn't it like asking which of many kids you love best? Impossible to choose! I can only say I like fruit (and pumpkin is a fruit!) pies better than the creme style, but all are good.
I always thought it was funny how high priced the creme and pudding style pies vs fruit are at pie places- considering the high cost of fruit. A French silk was 3x the cost of mixed berry pie at a place near work. IF I bought a pie, I'd always buy that one(strawberry, because I couldn't even buy the fruit to make it at the price they had. They make a killing on the creme/pudding pies!
