Oh my goodness. I am overwhelmed by all your positive energy and prayers. I do have a written offer but I won't find out what it is until tomorrow. The best thing will be to be near family that I love. It breaks my heart when my grandson says,"But Gamma, I don't want you to go."

UPDATE: As expected, it was a low ball offer, as in $55,000 under list. This guy was originally looking at houses that were $40,000 OVER my listing. I countered with a reasonable offer but have not heard back. He also likes to make verbal offers and then take days to get back to my counter. He leaves me sweating. This back and forth has been going on for a month.
