Testing my name, I tried editing it. And the answer is tacos.

We're going easy and unhealthy with pepperoni pizza and potato skins ... I should probably make a salad but I don't know if anyone will eat it!

I have no idea and I have to leave the house in 90 minutes. I do have some ground beef in the fridge. Can't do tacos. Don't have proper hamburger fixin's. Too hot for soup. Guess it's off to Google.

DS and DD1 were out, DH was cooking for DD2 and had leftovers from last night himself. I had a bowl of cereal. Feeling peckish again now. Rather disappointing as I had planned to do chicken and lemon risotto (having gone to the grocery store on the way home). At least I know what I'm cooking tomorrow!

It was the boys' last day of school and we always have a special dinner on the last day, so I grilled some T-bone steaks, mashed potatoes, TJ's Soyquotash (sp?), and Texas Toast. Yum! Way too many calories, but good.

I've been snacking on SmartChoice White Cheddar popcorn and ice cream sandwiches all day, so not exactly sure which of those I was eating around dinnertime. I think the popcorn. I may have jelly toast or cinnamon toast later. Yeah, I know that all sounds awful to be for dinner. But it's my 26th anniversary (how many times can I mention that in a post today?) and my dh isn't here and hasn't even called, and well, I feel like crap and feel like eating crap and so THERE. That'll show him.

BBQ chicken. And something else when I figure that out. I am going to use this post as a test (and say that I am very happy to have been invited here! ) And, then to answer the question, bbq chicken here too. I am having yellow rice and peas with it.

Glitter and coffee pretty much sums it up. W/o either I would't survive my boy-filled home!

I'm going to be the pathetic one and admit I overindulged in blonde brownies earlier at a picnic so I will be opting out of dinner. My stomach is rallying against me at present time. That leaves DH and DD... DH works third shift and will have leftovers for dinner once he gets home. And as far as my child is concerned, she opted for PB&J. Not Uncrustables though. These were real, homemade, heart-shaped PB&J sandwiches.
