I'm there with you. I should be emptying the remaining stuff in my kitchen for our remodel, not hanging out with my Peas...
It's raining here, but I love it. It's so relaxing. For my TX and OK Peas, I hope you dry out soon!

Grey and a bit breezy in my part of England think you must be getting the rain that usually goes with this kind of sky for us. And I'm not getting much accomplished also!

I am taking a break. I am so exhausted right now, I could cry.
In February we had a water line burst from freezing that caused damage in the middle third of our home from the top floor to the basement. I spent hours on the phone fighting with the adjustor to get my claim paid. Then the proceeds were paid to us and the mortgage company who held the money in escrow and there was more paperwork and inspections to get our money to pay the contractors. The Friday before Mother's Day the work was complete and we had the final inspection.
The contractors were as neat as you would hope but even so the contractor dust and dirt was everywhere. I have been doing heavy duty cleaning every weekend in addition to grocery shopping and laundry etc., I have been off since Thursday and my husband since Friday. We expected to finish this weekend but I think that was wishful thinking.
The whole thing has been a monumental pain in the butt.
Calgon take me away!

Yesterday was gorgeous and we got a bunch done. Today has been mostly rainy, although the sun did come out right after the latest short downpour. I have taken a shower and done two loads of laundry, but that's it. My husband has taken multiple naps, and says he just can't stay awake. I have a very busy week coming up; figure we both need the downtime, so no guilt here.

I'm being lazy too. I sorted my clothes for my DisneyWorld vacay and did one load of laundry, that's about it. Cracking open some Mang-o-ritas now!

Not getting much done here either. I managed to get my boys and I happily to church and back home again. Crocheted a bit on a baby blanket I'm working on. Oversaw the cleanup of the gigantic lego mess in my living room. And that's pretty much it. Time to make supper now

I grocery shopped, so my poor kid won't have to put water on his cereal again in the morning (yes he did!). But other than that I've got nothing on my long, long list accomplished. But hey, it's a HOLIDAY weekend, right? At least here in the states. I'm holidaying .

It was sunny and 80 today. We got a ton done! My DH and kids made "mothers day" for me today because I was sick with influenza on actual Mothers Day. They said I could pick what we do, so I picked yard work and pressure washing the house. Not exciting, but stuff that needed to be done and I knew I'd have the help today!!! I planted the last of my flowers, fluffed the mulch and spread Preen so hopefully I won't have to weed so much this summer.
It's supposed to rain tomorrow, so looking forward to a lazy day then!
