I placed an order 17 days ago and still haven't received it! I e-mailed them and received a response that they are overwhelmed with the closing, but never said when they will ship my order.
If you ordered and received - what was the turnover time? |

No, but the closing details have said since they announced it that they will ship everything the 25th of July. So thinking we'll get our stuff first week of August or so.

I placed my order the day they announced the closing too... My package shows that it's going to arrive at the post office I pick it up at tomorrow... I'm in Ontario, Canada so it was an international order...

I placed a small order on the day after their announcement. Said it would ship 7/15/14. The thing that bothers me is it has already been charged to my credit card.

Yes, I placed an order the day or day after they announced the closing (I had things in my cart that I'd been planning on ordering anyway) and I rec'd in within a week. Great turnaround, even with the closing. Maybe since it's down to the last few days, it's taking a little longer. And I doubt if they have much of a staff left (prob. family members) to help get everything sent out and the warehouse cleaned out.
It makes me sad to think of the empty warehouse where Jamie, Kitty, and Lyndsay would show us the new products and the orders going out. Maria

I had a gift card that I had been saving. So, I placed an order within a few hours of the announcement. It said it would ship on July 1st and I received the order on July 5th. Everything arrived perfectly.

They announced they were closing on the 25th and I placed my order on the 26th of June and still haven't received it as of today, July 14th . Getting really mad. 
I sent an e-mail on Friday, the 11th, asking about my order. Their response was that they were overwhelmed and will get to it. No date stated. |

I was feeling nostalgic (and perhaps a bit stupid) over their closing, and had a small credit, so I placed an order over the weekend. I don't expect to receive it until the first week in August, as someone else had mentioned, so we'll see. I'm worried that it might not come at all, but hopeful that it will. Good luck to you as well.

ME TOO!! a tiny bit of bending on the top 12 x 12 paper- nothing to get my pea in a twist-- everything was there and fine. Thankful no problems- for me, a nice end to the era.... can't wait to see ACOT package!! I need to freeze..I keep telling myself but...... dang! they have such cute stuff!! |

I placed an order on the 27th (so that would be 18 days ago). I was informed before I placed the order that it would be shipped on the 21st. What does it say on your order page?

I placed my order on 6/27 and it was charged to my card on 6/27. I don't have the original confirmation email handy, but on the website in my order it says it will ship on 7/21. Not awesome, but understandable.

I had one missing flair and two others that were supposed to be red, but I received in pink. Customer service said that the color I received is correct the picture is just deceiving (even though the written description also clearly says RED), and they mailed out the missing flair in a first class envelope. Yes, they do have some really cute scrappy stuff. I tried to stock up on some of their exclusives and hard to find items. Hope you enjoy your purchase! |

I ordered the day of the announcement, and my package arrived here in the Netherlands on July 18. It spent more than a week at our customs unfortunately... And it had a hefty customs-fee. But I'm happy with my scrapstuff!  |
