Like....I just finished February PL. Eek! I hate being so far behind, and I love PL so I don't want to quit.

I'm about a month behind. I'm hoping inspiration strikes soon because my summer vacation is just about over. I've been far behind like you too and have been able to catch up. Don't worry. You can do it!

I need to catch up from Mid-March on. I started focusing on my Disney album and haven't even touched my PL album lately. Hoping to wrap up Disney in the next month or so and then get back to PL catch up.

I have been, but I am slowly chipping away at it. I still have quite a few "holes" in the last few months of 2013, as well. I will tackle those once I get up to date on 2014. My best advice through the up/downs of 6 years of doing PL...do the most recent first, then work your way back through the older stuff as you have time.

YES!!! I worked on it last night....that is 2013!! I am in October. I am trying to finish 2013, although I have started 2014. I worked on 2014 at the last crop I went on. I am in March.
In the beginning I stayed caught up. Then life happened as my daughter was diagnosed with MS and then went thru an ugly divorce. I got 6 months behind and have never caught up. I am a trying though.

I am not super behind. I think I am around 8 weeks behind because of vacations and graduations I had this spring. I am almost always 4 weeks behind due to photo printing, my goal for the week is to get at least 3 weeks done.

I spent about 7 hours last weekend catching up about 8 weeks of Apr - June. Now I'm only behind for July.
I do P365 and there are lots of missing days this year. After 4 years I'm starting to lose my mojo for it a little bit. I think I'll switch to "true" PL for 2015.

I only do it monthly, and the last month I have done is March, so don't feel so bad. Like you, I also enjoy it and don't plan on quitting, I just need to get moving on it. I don't worry too much about being behind because I keep good notes, so it's really easy for me to go back. I wish you the best in keeping with it.

I was 3 months behind but just getting caught up. I'm doing a baby album for my niece and rely on my brother for photos so am often a bit behind!

I switched to a monthly approach several years ago, after 2 years of P365. I was burnt out, too. I love it! I don't limit myself to a specific number of pages each month, plus I can add inserts. So, whenever we take a trip, I just create a layout for it. I love having more flexibility.

For the most part, I have my photos in pockets so in that sense, I am caught up but journaling... sheesh... I'm way way behind.

I'm way behind, too. You're not alone!
I started weekly PL in April 2012. Did about 6 mos on that one. My 2013 album was going great until August when my son started a new school. That's where that one ends.
And 2014? Ha! I almost completed January. I'm not sure what to do because I love doing it, and I love the result, but I *hate* being so behind.
I am leaning toward doing a single monthly spread for the months I've missed. Or, going digital for 2014 and churning out spreads into a photo book.

I'm behind (april) on our family album but even further behind on my DSD's albums. I've done 2013 and 2012 but have to keep working backwards. You are not alone!

I'm always slow down during the summer months. There is just so much going on I rarely have a moment to scrap. Today I decided to ditch the chores (yeah, that was really a hard decision...not) to spend some catch up time. I got about 8 weeks worth of work completed but still have several more to be back on track.

I've been toying with the idea of PL for about a year now and planned on starting in January, but the thought of starting is a bit overwhelming, so I procrastinated so much that I haven't done it at all. :/

I'm a little over a year behind. Which doesn't bother me.  I keep a diary on my phone & put the picture & who's in it. Makes it easy to go back. Now that I'm finally getting a little scrap corner, I'll (hopefully) be pumping those babies out. |

Just finished October 2013! Have my pics printed for Nov and Dec and will do those also this week. Am I "behind"? I guess. Do I care? Nope! I refuse to let my hobby be guilt inducing. I will get to it when I feel like it and I'll document what I want when I want. This is supposed to be fun!

I just finished Feb 2014, but my 2013 PL is also behind (still working on June 2013). Working on both simultaneously, but obviously not getting very far.
