Sorry gailoh that you have had some foot pain, but pleased to see you managed to get out today  I'm not too bad thanks I had carpal tunnel surgery last Friday so no driving for a fortnight  it's sunshine and showers today |

Got my walk in but having trouble with legs hurting...one step at a time...I got it done...lol over 10,000 steps for the past 3 days...but gained a half pound back...grrr

And they are back again this morning...I love nature...lol..
Legs are better and I did over 12,000 steps yesterday, not feeling up to it this morning for some reason so I didn't get out there yet...
How are you doing today? And your mum...
We are having beautiful weather here low humidity in 70's close to 80 today and in the 50's at night.

Hi gailohLove that the turkeys are back today. I'm not too bad - recovering from carport tunnel surgery last Friday. No driving for another week Mum needs surgery on her ulcerated leg which is scheduled for 6th October Lovely autumn sunshine today lots of washing done and dried on the line  |

No Turkeys, when they were here I tried to get a picture but they look like little black spots...I have a little point and shoot Kodak camera.
Maybe someday if there is such a camera ...easy to use but takes closer shots or far away shots without having to do much. I am not technical when it comes to cameras either...lol ..but would love to have a nicer one for real close up shots to see even a raindrop to far away to get a closer view of ....Turkeys...lol

I didn't get much done yesterday...went into town to do some browsing but got a call from my grand-daughter....she broke her braces so had to get her from school go to dentist then took her home...
But today I am going down there to walk...in the 50's here and windy...
Why can't you drive? Hope you are doing well and your mom...say Hi to her for me...

I had carpal tunnel surgery recently so I'm not able to drive until the weekend.
Sunny here today, been to see my mum this morning and just about to have lunch now - ham salad sandwich

Hello gailoh - overcast and light rain here today. I did just over 16,000 steps yesterday - so I'm pooped today Mum having minor surgery tomorrow so took her to the doctors this morning for an INR check. |

WOW...I bet you are too...lol Do you wear a Fit Bit as well? I get over 10,000 ...last week was a terrible week for me getting out so I did bad...I am doing pretty good though for this one so far.
Cool during the night and warmer during the day ...in the 70 plus range.
