FurryP, at my age I know the importance of moving...it does help but I need to stop eating all the wrong things and that one is hard...I need 45 pounds off...to some that may not sound like a lot but I am a shrinking ol' lady now...was 5'3 now 5'2 and I so want to feel less tired...this is my last year to be in in the 60's...70 is coming and that is hard for me to believe...lol... Good morning over the pod, PascoePea...I did get my walk in this morning as well...6300 steps and it was cool out...but when that dang humidity come in so do I...  ...just to hard to breath the air... Hope both you Ladies are having a good week end...hugs |

I am up usually around 5 sometime 4:30 or just after 5 but this morning I slept in til 6:15...wow for me...
A nice cool day this morning, in the 50's low humidity...really nice...thinking about going to the antique mall...I like looking at old stuff...like me in the mirror...lol

You are busy...we decided to use semi- gloss on all the walls...my daughter did this and it turned out really nice...for the ceiling we are using regular ceiling paint...
