 She came over a few days ago and I showed her my PL albums and she seemed mildly intrigued. Her family just returned from vacation and I was telling her how fun it would be if she made a PL album about it. She texted me the next day with a photo of the strawberry kit, an album, page protectors and a corner rounder! She said she had been up all night the night before googling PL and got hooked! Haven't talked to her in a couple of days and when I called her this morning, she said she was really mad at me. She said she was completely hooked and ordered the baby core kit and another album online! LOL! She said she couldn't stop thinking about all she wanted to do and was up all night last night sorting out her kids baby pics. I'm so proud of myself!

This is really funny: I asked her to come over and bring her stuff and we can work on our albums together. I was blown away with all she has done. Her baby album had so many pictures in it and she had all her cards in the pockets...she even put smaller photos on top of the 3x4 cards! She is SO on the ball! Then she showed me her other album and it is of her and her husband before they had kids. She had his baby pics, her baby pics, pics of when they first met.....we both kept giggling at how much she knew and has done already. This has been less than a week! I think she knows more about PL than me! LOL! So we sat at my table and PL'd while our kids played together. It was so fun! I am so proud of that girl! And happy to have a PL buddy!! And she really LOVES it!

Yay! That's amazing.
I got a friend who was already scrapping, but really frustrated with it and going to quit, hooked on PL. She has already done her son's album, her college album and is moving on to something else (can't remember what her next project is). Love it!

I got my non-scrappy self hooked on PL...
But it is unconventional in that it is approx 60 years of old family photos. PL is perfect for this.

That is so cool! I think Project Life is a lot less intimidating than scrapbooking--I try to look at it more like journaling with photos so I don't get overwhelmed with having to thing of big layouts to fill a 12x12 page.

None of my offline, close-by friends are into PL or scrapbooking at all, which makes me sad. I have a few friends into stamping, but that isn't exactly the same thing. I so wish I could convert some of them to PL like you did with your friend. It would be much fun to PL with others.
