No surprise there. But you are right, took them longer than I thought it would.

I hope this means they get real jobs now.
Or maybe they will set up a go fund me and their supporters will send them money.

They pulled the show a while ago. I'm sure they were having lawyers look over the contracts and stuff.

I only wish the abuse documentaries that they're going to be airing did NOT feature Jill and Jessa. Surely there are enough victims they could choose that do NOT have the last name of Duggar, right?

A Go Fund Me... LOL!
I heard rumors the two married girls will get their own show. I'm hoping that's not true, I'm ready for this family's 15 minutes to be up.

TLC needs to put their eggs in a brand new basket and do thorough background checks. Maybe a new series about Grifters would enhance the brand.

Technically neither of them has Duggar as her last name any longer. I understand your point and agree though.

It's about time! The entire thing is extremely disturbing and horribly sad for the girl(s) involved.

Thank heavens. I only watch TLC for Say Yes To The Dress! LOL But having to endure those commercials for the Dugger show...I would change the channel every time!

I'm very happy with this outcome of the show. That family so needs real help.

Good. I'm sure they will still continue to milk the cash cow with spin offs re the other children though.

The reason I don't want to see Jill and Jessa involved in any victim documentary is that I believe TLC has already made enough money and exploited the Duggars enough...and the Duggar parents have already exploited their children enough.
If I never saw another Duggar on television again it would be too soon.
edited to add...perhaps next time you have a question, you should just ask a question and not try to jump to conclusions on your own.

Good. From the CNN report, the Duggars say it was a "situation" while the advocacy group RAINN calls it a "crime". Therein lies the problem with the Duggars.

My biggest problem with this is that Jill and Jessa have already defended Josh and "forgiven him." I think that's going to minimize the issue. I think it's going to minimalize other victim's stories on the program. KWIM?

They still call her Jessa Duggar, even though they call Jill Jill Dillard.
