Have you had any response to the Halloween stamp issue impearia? Not a satisfactory one anniefb...I got sure we will refund you Calico points...no I have heard of no plans to reorder this set. The End. It took ages to get a refund. And I had already started another convo by the time I got that answer...5 days ago...so today I started ANOTHER one saying I want my stamps or a I want refund for the house I would never have bought, which is now USELESS to me, and I want to speak to a supervisor and if I cannot get the stamps I want to know WHY not...oh and I haven't seen my CP points either... Sighhhhh just send me my darn stamps! foucaultgirl tried to do something super nice for me...and bought the digital set for me...but SC screwed it up and all I found was the house digital stamp...no guests again...WTH it is like they hate me. Thank you so much for your kindess foucaultgirl that was just so sweet! You're very welcome! I re-ordered the guests, in case they were unwilling or unable (due to designer contracts or some such) to transfer the guests once they deposited the house digitals stamps - hopefully you'll have BOTH in digital form soon! I'm super-excited to see what you make with it! (Although I really, really hope that they track a Halloween Guests set down for you, too! ) I will say that the confusion might have been caused by my phrasing - I asked for the Halloween house set to be transferred, not realizing actual HOUSE stamp digital was in the digital stamps section, and thinking that, because I purchased the Hallowen Guests set, they'd just transfer files over. This may be more of a case of me being unclear and SC being in crisis than a separate gaffe. Lesson learned, though: next time I will screen shot the item I'm mentioning, and double check that the name is 100% correct with what's listed on the site. I'm sorry for the confusion! I hope the rest of the digital set arrives soon!

I was checking out my Instagram feed (darn not being able to sleep!) and man! SC is taking a beating on their page. I am actually surprised they left the comments up and not deleted them. I think they may reassess posting to IG. I emailed ccatabay last night and she told me that SC told her to leave the package outside with a note. Who ever heard of leaving a note? Are they giving everyone bits and pieces of what they should do? That would be nice if they were working with each person to find a compromise that works the easiest for them. Sad. But of course there are a couple of SC cheerleaders on that Instagram post too. "This project life kit was packed!" Yeah, packed full of something else!

Wow. I have to say I'm surprised at how many people haven't heard back from CS after so many days. Even though sometimes their responses aren't awesome, I don't remember people complaining that they haven't heard back at ALL. [Or maybe I'm just out of the loop.] If it's taking this long they must have a TON of double shipments. Ugh. I really do feel bad for the CS team...it would staaaank to have to deal with all this.

Have you all seen any recent posts by Cathy Vee or SaraV lately? Are they gone, too? I'm assuming SaraV is as I think she used to do what Caitlin does now. But wasn't sure about Cathy - the Las I've seen her post was with that mega date stamp.

There's a customer in Dubai...she said she has her kits freight forwarded (from US, I'm guessing) and she's already paid for shipping twice. She received a duplicate shipment and she can't get a reply. If I were her, I'd just let it go and dispute any extra charge with the cc company. There might come a time when people will just give up and do this. What else is there to do?

I got a response! > That is totally fine that you opened the duplicate shipment. We realize that some people may have gotten their packages before we realized this happened. Don't worry at all! Unfortunately we are unable to send you a label to have this picked up as the process as already begun with UPS. UPS will be making 3 attempt to pick this up. The first attempt will be a random one where they come to your home looking for this. The second and third attempt they will contact you to schedule a pick up. This may be a better situation for you. We appreciate your patience during this time and please let us know if we can assist with anything else.

I’ve come up with a few solutions that will help you eliminate negativity from the message boards:
1. Hold all posts for moderation to weed out anything deemed negative. Labor intensive but effective.
2. Take down the message boards altogether. Easy peasy.
3. Hire as many CS reps as it takes to answer queries in a timely fashion as well as install a phone line so customers can contact someone in person if need be. This would prevent customers from panicking and taking their issues to the message boards. This is my fave solution.
