I started a convo about the item I didn't receive and wanting a store credit or a refund for it. I wonder if they will require me to upload a photo of the card telling me it was oversold as proof?
I am also a bit fed up with Big Picture Classes...which is also SC. They sent out emails with codes to give you the classes you had that transferred over from the old site. The code I redeemed only gave me something called 'Project Life Kickoff' and I am not even sure what that is. So I asked and they manually looked up my code. Well when I put the code in, lo and behold I got a message that it is invalid. What a mess.

I was shocked to see April actually posted today. It was only about the manufacturing process regarding not being able to fit more images on the chipboard sheets, however. Goodness knows she can't be bothered to address actual real concerns customers have. I think it says a lot that she does not participate on the boards and never has.

Given the maelstrom of problems and legitimate complaints, it's very telling that the CEO decides to break her posting silence to deal with that while ignoring everything else. I'd rather she had continued saying nothing. I guess this issue was something they could easily pin on someone else versus all the in house shipping blunders. |

She is too good to participate on the boards. You should know that by now.  Every time she responds to something insignificant and ignores all of the elephants in the room, I feel like she is saying screw you. So glad I don't give a dime to that company any more. |

I just pre ordered some pieces of the Darcy collection through a scrap store on Facebook that I'm in. I didn't want the whole bundle from SC nor did I want to give them my money directly. I know I'm still buying SC stuff technically but at least I am supporting a small scrap store business in the process. And getting a discount!

The group popcorn emoji alone makes this MB so so much better than the MB at SC any day!! Not to mention all the nice people who are now posting here frequently. Really, this is the first day in many that I have come to look at 2peasrefugees BEFORE going to the SC boards. It's starting to feel easier and easier to leave there. And now that I'm not just reading but contributing, it does give one a feeling of belonging, so jump in anyone that's just been lurking - come test the water - it's warm and welcoming!

The recent picture of the PL kit on the SC IG feed is up to almost 60 angry comments. At the end of the comments, right beneath one that says that the way SC treats its customers SUCKS, April commented with a heart. No words, just a heart. Does that seem bizarre to you guys?  |
