I'm way too short and fat to look good in those.

I love them and they are really popular where I live. They come in beautiful designs and look great.

Love palazzo pants! But...a bit more tailored than the style in the link. Those are almost too casual. I remember them being relatively dressy.
I loved them when I was 120# and in college though, so they may not love me back now.

Oh good lord, don't tell me those are back in style. I hated them when they were popular in the 70s. The people who wear them are the ones who shouldn't. If you aren't six feet tall and willowy...skip the palazzos. On second thought even if you are nice and tall wear something else. I'm 5' 11" and weighed in at the doctor's office this morning at 126 pounds and I wouldn't be caught dead in them. They're like drapes for your legs and the longer they are the drape i-er they are. Ugly!

I'm 5'10" and an average weight, so I could probably pull them off. That being said, I would never consider getting a patterned style, but maybe a solid. I had no idea they were back in style.

I'm 5'7" and on the thin side, and I wouldn't wear them if someone paid me to.

I was on a cruise recently and they were everywhere. Lots of girls in all different shapes and sizes pulled them off really well. The cutest outfits I saw were a patterned pant and plain tshirt or tank with a cute summer style hat. Saw some girls add a cardi to their outfits for the evening and they looked cute too. My personal opinion was that the pants with not so much flare in leg looked the best, not slim cut, just a little bit flowing as opposed to yards of extra fabric. There was also quite a bit of maxi skirts and maxi dresses. Although, I was on a very casual cruise line, the dress up night was optional and it seemed like a minority was all decked out.

They are cute, but at 5 foot 2, they are a no go for me. Exactly this for me!

I don't like them at all! But to each their own! They aren't my style either. However, I am fully aware I was scarred by growing up in the 70s

I am not a fan but if you like them and they look good on - go for it

I have a pair in black and a pair in chocolate brown. I don't wear them all the time, but when I do, I always get compliments. I always wear them with spanx and a little bit of a heel.
For the record, I'm 50, 5'8" and need to lose 20lbs.

They never go out of style. They always come creeping back. Anyone can wear them. However, they are tough to wear if you are overweight or short. It's good to really look at the better brands because of that. Now, gauchos? I miss those! lol Gauchos are pretty popular here and are all over in stores, including mainstream stores like Target. :shocked:Oh not here thankfully!
