LOL. No breading or frying involved!
1 Can of Contandina Sweet and Sour Sauce 3-5 Chicken Breasts or Chicken Tenders Half of a chopped onion Half a can of pineapple chunks Set the crock pot on low for 4-6 hours Serve over rice or with a side of rice
I use the Contadina Sweet and Sour Sauce because I like it the best. The pineapple, onion, and peppers are already added, but I like more! Well except for the peppers. But I have added fresh ones before. I just didn't do that today. I like add more pineapple and onion because it tastes better to me.
*I have tried the Kikoman brand as well, but I like Contadina's better. You could probably make your own sauce, but I am too lazy for that today.

We had sweet Italian sausage that dh cooked and cut up in red sauce and served over pasta. I had been craving past but this didn't hit a home run for me...don't tell dh!

Oh how I would love to have your freezer! My family and I love salmon and halibut, but rarely get it fresh. We are having bean and rice burritos. I wish I had a catchy name for them because they are so good. My girls beg for them weekly. Would you care to share your recipe? Pretty please? Sure. Here you go: Burritos Cooking spray 12 oz. mild Pace picante sauce 1 cup white rice 1 cup water 1 tsp. onion powder 12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 1 large can refried beans OR 1 1/2 lbs. homemade 8-10 tortillas Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray, set aside. In medium sauce pan, combine picante sauce, rice, onion powder and water; heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until liquid is gone. While you are waiting for that, spread refried beans evenly amongst the tortillas to within 1/4 inch from the edge. When rice is done, add shredded cheese and mix thoroughly. Divide and dollop the rice mixture evenly among the tortillas. Roll tortillas up tightly and place them seam side down on your prepared cooking sheet. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, taco sauce or anything else to your liking.

We are having Panda Express tonight. Too lazy too cook and the kitchen is too clean to start the weekend with a mess I there. Last night was a simple pasta dish with bowtie pasta toss with a light alfredo sauce, sautéed spinach and grilled chicken breast. very easy and quick.

Tuesday - Apricot-Rosemary Chicken Thighs, couscous w/almonds, and roasted cabbage Wednesday - Tacos Thursday - Plum & Bourbon Pulled Pork (crock pot), potato salad, and corn souffle Tonight - Chicken Parmesan over Linguine with roasted broccoli

I was inspired by akathy and opened a box of blue mac and cheese!! Actually, dd works three nights this weekend and the cupboards are bare. Last night we went to see my (ex-but-not-really) SIL and BIL. He health is declining quickly and I wanted to be sure and see him. They own two keeshonds and both were all over me. I must have gotten a bit of their fur in my eye/contact and ended up with a swollen shut eye this morning. It's still puffy and red so, the grocery shopping will have to wait until I can tolerate contacts again.

I am glad y'all liked it! As you know, I could eat it everyday. Except, I guess, days like today where I am too lazy to even boil water and eat popcorn. ETA: I will sometimes shred chicken, add it to the rice and throw in peas and call it arroz con pollo
